Jay shrugged. "Can I stay here?" He asked. "It's not like there's anyone waiting for me to get home" He added the last very softly, bearly hearable

"Sure." Leo smiled, not hearing the last part, "Do you wanna barrow some cloths or something?"

Jay smiled weakly. "No, I'm fine." He said, his cloth would probably be too big for him too.

"Do you wanna call your family to let them know where you are?" Leo asked.

Jay's look saddened when Leo mentioned his family. "Ah...That wont be nessecary." He said, his voice trembling a bit. He quickly wiped a tear away that was rolling down his cheek, hoping theother male hadn't noticed.

Leo looked at him curiously.
"Did I say something wrong?" He asked as he stared at him.

"No...It's just... Well..., They're...Uhm...Kinda...Dead." Jay said as his voice trembeled some more then before.

"Oh!" Leo looked around awkwardly, "I-I'm sorry.

"It's fine, you couldn't know." Jay said quietly and pulled up his knees, hugging them.

Leo sat down next to him and pulled him close as he hugged him.
"Still..." He said.

Jay leaned into the hug slightly, enyoying the comfort. Nobody'd actually hugged him since...Well, that summer..

Leo continued to hold him, hugging him tightly until the sound of a gunshot rang though the house. Leo quickly jumped up and ran to the door. He froze and turned to Jay.
"Stay here, dont go anywhere!" Leo hissed before he went out the door shutting it quietly.

Jay's eyes widened as he heard the gunshot. He nodded and curled up slightly, hoping nothing bad would happen.

Another gun shot echoes and the whole house is silent. The door suddenly opens and quickly shuts as a little girl around ten ducks into the room. She has long blonde hair and green eyes like Leo's.
"Leo!!" She wails as she starts running through the room trying to find him. Her eyes fall on Jay and her eyes widen, "W-who are you?!"

Jay's eyes widened when suddenly there comes a little girl around ten popping into the room. "Ah..Jay?"

"A-are you with the men down stairs?" She asked, "If you are my brother will be mad if he catches you in his room."

"No, no! I'm with your brother." Jay said, his eyes still wide open.

"If you know my brother than what does he like to do that gandpa would be mad about if he knew?" She asked, eying him suspiciously.

"Dance?" Jay offered as she eyed him sospiciously.

"You do know Leo!" The girl chirpped with a smile.
Another gunshot rang out making the girl yelp. She ran over to the couch and clung to Jay as she whimpered.

Jay smiled and wrapped his arms around the little girl as another shot was heard and she somewhat clung to him. "Shhh.." He cooed softly.

The girls buried her face in his shirt as she continued to cling to him.

The house was silent for nearly twenty minutes before Leo came back up. He blinked as he stared at his sister clinging to Jay.
"Rini, why aren't you with mom?" He asked.
"Lele!" Rini exclaimed as she ran over to him, clinging to him.
Leo picked her up and bounced her gently, "Does mom know you're here?"
She shook her head, making Leo sigh.

Jay watched it happen and couldn't help but wonder what happened actually.
