"Incredible amounts of willpower and the knowledge that there will always be more time." Matthew murmured against Leane's lips before putting his arm around her waist and leading her to the math room. "But you still have to go to class." He smiled as they walked.

Snapping her fingers, Leane frowned as her brow furrowed. "Darn. I was so sure that was going to make you keep me from class," Leane said with a laugh as she leaned into his side and wrapped her arm around his waist.

"It was a noble effort." Matthew teased with a laugh as they reached the math room. "I'll see you in the courtyard." He said softly as he twirled a piece of Leane's hair around his fingers. "I love you." He said before planting a small kiss on her lips and disappearing down the hall to his next class.

Smiling, Leane headed into the classroom and took her seat near Keith. After a few exchanges about the previous night's homework, the class begun and Leane's headache began.
* * * "Ugh... If we keep on these stupid reverse-foiling problems, I'm going to ring her bloody neck!" Leane hissed as she packed up her books with a scowl. "Calm down, Lee, I'll help you. You have art next, right? I have a study hall. I'll see if I can get out to the courtyard for the period," Keith said with a laugh. "Thank you!" Leane said with a warm smile before hurrying off to the courtyard to see Matt and "yell" at him for her horrible Math class. |
Matthew let out a small yawn as he rested his back against their usual tree in the courtyard, waiting for Leane to appear. Opening his latest book, The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas, and began to read as he waited for his girlfriend.

Grabbing her art things from her locker on her way, Leane darted out to the courtyard with a grin. Plopping everything on the ground beside them, Leane slipped onto Matt's lap, bookmarked his page, and set the book with her own books.
"I absolutely loathe reverse foiling. It's completely horrid and a waste of time! I blame you for having to have Keith try and explain it all to me again this period instead of kissing you the entire time," Leane murmured as she wrapped her arms around his neck, placing long, tender kisses upon his lips between her words. |
"Keith is coming?" Matthew asked, a bit taken aback, though his body language didn't show any alarm as his arms wrapped around Leane's waist and his lips remained firmly against her's. "Then I guess I better take advantage of the little alone time I get with you." Matthew smiled between kisses as his hand wound gently through her hair.

"I'm sorry, but it's his only study hall I think. And I really need help with this before the test tomorrow," Leane said with a frown as she rested against him.
"I promise it won't take the whole period, okay? Just the first ten minutes or so. If I can't get it by then, I'll give up and wing the test tomorrow. Then we can go back to this, okay?" Leane added with a warm smile as she eagerly returned his kisses with tender ones of her own. "I missed you last period. I absolutely loathe Calculus. Why couldn't you be one of the Math geeks like me and be advanced so you could help me instead of Keith?" Leane teased with a laugh between kisses. |
"If you're such a math geek then why do you need help?" Matthew asked playfully as he lightly tickled her side before leaving small, peckish kisses on her neck.

Lightly poking his side, Leane laughed, leaning into his kisses, "Don't make fun of me, Mr. Sommers. Once advanced, always advanced; unless you want to retake a class, that is. I was kind of stuck once I got in. Besides, it wasn't until this year that I completely lost my genius brain and can't retain any information regarding Math. This year, I'm absolutely wretched. And I blame you," Leane teased as she brought Matt's lips back to hers for long, tender kisses.

"If this is how you punish me for making you lose focus in math," Matthew whispered between kisses. "Then I'll gladly take the blame." He smiled as his arms wrapped around her waist and his lips wrestled against Leane's.

"Mmm," Leane giggled as she happily continued to kiss him, "I rather like punishing you."
"Ehem," Keith coughed softly with a laugh, "I don't mean to interrupt, but.. I'm sort of pressed for time here." Shooing Keith away with her hand, Leane murmured between kisses, "Five more minutes." |
"Lee..." Matthew warned with a playful eye roll as he broke their kisses and looked up at Keith, putting a loose arm around Leane's waist and picking up his book with the other. "Sorry." He said with a smile up at Keith though he wasn't in the least bit.

Turning so that she sat between Matt's legs, a knee on each side of her torso, Leane grabbed her calculus books and calculator. Setting them on her lap, Leane laughed as she reached over and patted the ground in front of Matt's feet, "Alright. You have my attention."
"Until you fall asleep, right?" "Right," Leane laughed as she opened her book up to the chapter they were reviewing last class. After a few minutes of Keith getting his book open to the same page, the two were busy trying to get Leane to comprehend the problems and understand how to reverse foil them. It didn't help that when she finally understood one problem and tried to do a second, the second problem was just as difficult as the previous one had been. |
Matthew kept the majority of his face covered by his book that he was genuinely trying to read but his eyes kept peering over the top at Keith and Leane studying. His mind couldn't help but wander to how things would've been much simpler for Leane if she had chosen Keith rather then Matt. He knew that Leane would be angry if he ever voiced such a thing to her and he regretted it shamefully. He would hate if Leane was to leave him, especially for a jock, but he did want things to be simple for her. Of course they were in too deep to change things now but for a moment Matthew wished for something he never had even fathomed of wishing for before.
Matthew wished that he was friends with the jocks. He wished he'd learned how to throw a football and taken the opportunity to try out for the team. He wished he was accepted by everyone in his school. For a moment Matthew wished that hsi life had turned out differently if only for the simple reason of being better suited for Leane's. |
"This is just ridiculous, Keith. It makes sense for one problem then is gibberish for the next! How is that possible?"
"Because you need someone telling you what to do every step of the way," Keith said helplessly with a laugh. "I blame you." "You've been blaming me all year because I finally get something and you don't." "Well naturally! You took my genius!" "Mm, perhaps. But I'm not complaining - my grades have improved," Keith said with a wink. "Ha ha, very funny. Alright, skedaddle. I'm spending the rest of the period snogging Matt because this bloody Calculus has driven me crazy," Leane said with a laugh before closing her books, shutting down her calculator, and tossing them to the side with her art supplies. "You and your British," Keith teased with a laugh. "Oh hush and get back to study hall before you get detention." "Yeah yeah, I'll see you guys around," Keith said with a smile as he gathered up his books and stood up. "Matt," Keith added with a nod at Leane's boyfriend before turning and heading back to study hall. Giggling, Leane turned and ducked her head under the book, her hands gently caressing his hips as she captured his lips in a tender kiss. "I have a ginormous headache from a whole hour of Calculus. You should help me get rid of my headache. What say you?" Leane murmured softly between kisses, "After you tell me what's wrong, of course." |
"Nothing's wrong." Matthew laughed easily as he tossed his book aside, after marking his page of course, and returned his attention to Leane's lips. Curling a hand in her hair and one on her lower back as his lips tangled with her's. "How's that headache?" Matthew murmured between kisses though his lips never fully left her's.

Leane smiled as she eagerly returned his kisses. "Much better," Leane half-murmured between kisses as she melted into his arms and rested against him. One hand snaking around his waist, one hand remained on his thigh. The fingertips upon his thigh tenderly pressed into his skin as she rested her forehead against his, "However, I know these legs as well as you do. They were tense when Keith was here. What was going through that head of yours?"
Returning her lips to his, Leane's hand gently caressed his thigh before slipping up his torso and into his hair, distracted and lost in his kisses once more for the time being. |
"Maybe I was really interested in my book?" Matthew asked coyly as his lips hovered over her neck, giving soft kisses to her skin. Managing to capture Leane's lips once again, Matthew deepened their kiss as he gently licked the inside of her lips. "Maybe sleeping in was a much better idea then school." Matthew teased as he pulled her closer to him, the lines of their bodies forming together.

"Interested my arse," Leane whispered against his lips. However, deciding to drop it for now due to his lips being in reach of her own, Leane smiled as she deepened their kisses. Her tongue caressing his own, Leane murmured a soft "I told you so" between kisses.

"You know, Lee." Matthew managed between kisses though he took a considerably long pause to indulge in another kiss. "You're making it very difficult to be a good student and all with you being so tempting." He finally managed to say when his lips came up for air. "I'm afraid I've fallen in love with a bad influence." He teased before catching Leane's lips in a more playful kiss.

After one last long, hard, passionately seductive kiss, Leane grinned as she slipped from his embrace and turned her back to him, resting her back against his torso. "Well, if that's how you feel, I'd best not influence you anymore." Grinning from ear to ear, Leane picked up her sketch book and began sketching upon her lap, trying her best not to burst out into a laughing fit.

"No fair." Matthew laughed as he leaned forward and wrapped his arms around Leane, carefully picking her up and curling her to his chest. "I want my influence right here." He assured her as he buried his face in her hair. "So stay with me." He urged.

Leane laughed as she rested her head back upon his shoulder and hugged his arms, "Mmmm, tempting.. But I'm not sure I can corrupt you anymore without feeling wretched for doing so." Nibbling gently upon his earlobe, Leane smiled before turning her nibbling into kissing, "Although, I must say, I rather like being your bad influence."

"What can I say?" Matthew asked with a warm smile against Leane's cheek. "I'm unable to raise above the influence." He teased as he wrapped a hand around her waist with another in her hair. "I'm far too in love with you." He promised before indulging in another kiss.
