Leane smiled as she patted Matt's thigh and placed a tender kiss upon his cheek, "Mm, I think it may be a little bit of both."
Joanna rolled her eyes playfully as she teased, "Lee, honestly, can you go five minutes without kissing him? I don't know how you make it through the night!" "I don't know how Matt makes it either! If she's not kissing him, he's kissing her! How do you make it through class?" Jenny teased before taking another bite of her taco. |
"I manage." Matthew smiled widely. "Its heartbreaking but I get through it. How can you not kiss a girl when she looks this beautiful?" He smiled as he kissed Leane's temple dramatically before returning to his taco.
"Well you should hope you don't get caught by a teacher." Ben teased. "The only teacher I was worried about was Jordan and now she's gone." Matthew said with a satisfied grin. "Speaking of which, anyone know why she's gone?" Jack asked the group. |
"Honestly," Leane blushed as she looked up at Matt, her eyes beaming, "You're one to talk.. As for the Jordan fiasco, however, I have no idea why she's gone. I didn't even find out until this morning, what about you two?"
"No idea," said Joanna as she finished her shake, "Kind of strange though, isn't it? Usually they aren't so sudden about firings.." "I didn't even know until Kenny texted me about it. Do you know anything about it Ben?" Jenny asked with a blush before taking another bite of her taco. |
"No, I haven't heard anything. All the staff refuse to talk about it." Ben shrugged, letting out a small smiled at Jenny's blush.
"I heard she's injured." Gena offered. "I didn't catch much but I heard two teachers talking and they said something about her being hurt. I think the last thing you'd want to do when an employees hurt is fire them. There has to be more to the story." Gena sighed as she continued to eat her taco. |
Joanna grinned, "Definitely. I think we should try and uncover it, what say you guys?"
Leane looked at Joanna curiously, "Uncover the details? How are we going to do that?" "Without having to buy the information," added Jenny. |
"We could always stalk the teachers." Ben teased. "I'm sure they'd love that."
"I don't know." Gena shrugged. "Jordan was always decent to me so I feel kind of bad that she lost her job. Especially since she's hurt or something." "Well I for one want to know what happened." Jack added. "I'm with Jack." Matthew announced as he bit into his taco. "Any ideas, ladies?" He asked as he turned to Leane, Jenny, and Joanna. |
Finishing her lunch, Leane snuggled close to Matt, "We could always ask the new teacher, he's bound to know something. But there's no way he'll tell us without some heavy bribe."
"We could break into the office and look at the papers that made her fire official," suggested Jenny. "But how do we get the papers," asked Joanna. |
"I think getting a guy would have to bribe him anyways. A girl would just drool on him." Matthew teased as he finished eating and wrapped his arms tighter around Leane's waist before turning to the rest of the group.
"You just have to know how to pick a lock." Ben shrugged. "Its a very handy skill." Jack agreed. |
Leane rolled her eyes playfully, "You two are terrible.. Breaking and entering is kind of illegal, wouldn't you say?"
"And let me guess, you two know how to pick locks," teased Joanna. |
Ben, Jack, Matthew, and Gena all blushed a light pink at almost the same time. "Ben taught us." Gena accused, eyeing Ben.
"Yeah, its illegal." Ben blushed, afraid that he'd scared off Jenny for good with his lockpicking. "But its handy, wouldn't you say. I mean, I've used it mostly to get into the house when I got locked out. Nothing criminal." He explained, the other's all nodding. |
Leane glared lightly up at Matt as she smacked his thigh, "Bloody hell guys, I'm in love with criminal!"
Jenny laughed, "What ever possessed you to not only learn, but to teach all of your friends as well?" "Though it's definitely handy," add Joanna, "Espcially now." |
Matthew laughed as Leane smacked him, holding his grip tighter. "And you're never getting away." He teased.
"Well we got locked out of Gena's house once and I just showed them all how it works." Ben explained with a small smile. "Gena's especially good at it." He teased. "That's because I always have bobby pins with me." Gena laughed as she finished her lunch. "Where do they even keep those papers?" Jack pondered. "And the office must have some kind of security. I don't think any of us are good at diffusing alarm systems." He sighed, the adventure sounded dangerous which added a certain appeal to him. |
"Mm, I like the sound of that," Leane whispered as she shifted so she could wrap her arms around his neck and place a tender kiss upon his lips.
"Eh-hem, Lee? Focus?" teased Jenny. Giving Matt one more tender kiss, Leane chuckled, "Alright, alright, I'll behave." Shifting back into her previous position, Leane smiled at the group, "Promise." Joanna laughed as he looked over at Gena, "If you can get the lock picked, I can get us the access codes to the security system. An old friend of mine's father owns the company who did the security, I'm sure I can pull a few strings and have him get them for us," she added with a wink. "But that still leaves where the papers are," added Leane, "And have you guys noticed how criminal we're sounding? We're planning to break into the school! Matt, you're truly a bad influence on us," teased Leane as she placed a kiss upon his neck before continuing, "But I still love and adore you." |
"I have done nothing." Matthew smiled. "Ben's the one who taught us how to pick locks." He said, looking over at Ben.
"Hey." Ben said. "Its not my fault if I forget my keys and need to get int he house." He said, taking a fry. "Well we still have to find the papers." Jack offered. "They'll probably be in the bottom drawer of the filing cabinet next to the principal's desk. That's where they keep all important papers." He said. "How would you know that?" Gena asked, surprised. "I've been down to the principal's alot." Jack shrugged. "He always tries to get me to rat people out when they start beating on me, Ben, and Matt." |
"I bet you anything that drawer's locked too. If we have Matt and I watching the halls for janitors, Ben and Jenny opening the door, Gena and Jack opening drawer and going through the papers, and Joanna disengaging the school's alarm system, we've got a pretty good plan, don't you think?" finished Leane with a laugh.
Jenny blushed, "I-I like that plan.." "So do I. So we're all in agreement? This sound alright for pairings?" asked Joanna with a smile, "I don't mind going in single." |
"I like that plan to." Ben smiled at Jenny before turning to the rest of the table and putting his fist in the middle of the table.
"I'm in." Jack said, putting his fist beside Ben's with Gena following suit with a nod. "Me to." Matthew smiled as he put his own fist in and waited for the three girls to do the same. |
Joanna and Jenny immediately put their fists in as they laughed their agreement.
Leane hesitated for a few moments as she spoke softly, "You all realize how much trouble we'll be in if this goes wrong.. and that not even the Supton name and fortunate can get us all out of it.." "Come on, Lee! The plan's fool proof! And really, if anyone found out, who'd rat you out?" "Let's have an adventure Lee," encouraged Jenny, "Please?" "I know a great many people who'd give anything to see me in some serious trouble.. especially after the Halloween Ball," Leane said softly as she snuggled closer to Matt, being careful of his ribs. "But alright, I'm in," she added as she put her fist between Matt and Joanna's. |
"Alright." Matthew smiled as he kissed the top of her head just as the bell rang overhead of them. "Break I guess." Matthew smiled as he started to stand and throwing away the now empty tray he'd bought as Gena and Jack took off for class.
"What's your next class?" Ben asked Jenny shyly, pointedly ignoring Matthew and Leane. |
Throwing away her tray, Joanna teased, "I'll leave you guys alone, see you!" she added with a wink before heading off to class.
Jenny blushed as she looked at Ben, "I-I have a Home Ec. class.. What about you?" Leane chuckled as she winked at Ben, "We don't have lab today, do we?" Picking her tray up, Leane threw it away before linking her fingers through Matt's. "I'll see you later Jen, and I'll see you in Chem," she teased as she led Matt into the Cafeteria, "Told you they liked each other." |
"I have Gym." Ben smiled shyly. "I can walk you there if you like?" He offered as he started to lead Jenny towards the Home Ec. room."
~~~ "Yes, but are you going to mind your own business?" Matthew teased as he led Leane to her locker. |
"S-sure, I'd like that," admitted Jenny with a blush, "B-but why would you want to walk me? You've never walked me before.. You've always just brushed on by without noticing me. What's the sudden change?"
- Leane laughed as she lightly bumped her hip against his as they neared her locker, "Of course I will! I'll simply encourage when they ask my opinion of the other," she added as she opened her locker and took out her calculus books, "What do you have next dearest? I've got study hall," she added as she linked her finger's through Matt's and headed over to his locker. |
"Maybe I'm just following in Matthew's foot steps." Ben joked as they walked. "If you'd rather I didn't that's fine." He added quietly, looking at his hands as they entered the building.
~~~ "I have Gym with Ben." Matthew smiled as he leaned Leane against his locker and gave her a tender kiss. "You're awfully nosy." He teased lightly before grabbing his new gym shirt. |
Leane rolled her eyes playfully as she pulled Matt in for a tender kiss, "Nonsense. I simply inquired because I was hoping to procrastinate my calculus homework and kiss you for a whole period instead. It's a shame I won't be able to," she teased with a grin.
- "F-following in Matt's footsteps?" Jenny asked with a blush. 'Surely that doesn't mean he likes me.. Maybe he just means that he's going to be kind to me since Matt's dating Leane and I'm Leane's friend..' Looking up at him, Jenny offered a small smile through her confusion, "No. Please, I'd like it if you walked me." |
"Well you'll be able to kiss me plenty later." Matthew said between kisses before pulling away. "But its terribly horrible for you to tease me so." He joked, giving her a wink.
~~~ Ben smiled as he walked Jenny towards the Home Ec. room. "I'll see you later." Ben said shyly as he stopped outside the classroom, his stomach knotted from nerves slightly. |
Jenny blushed as she lingered outside the classroom, "S-sure, if you want."
- Leane giggled softly as she pulled him in for another kiss, "Mm, simply payback dearest. You tempted me quite a bit before. I'll see you after class?" she whispered against his lips before pulling him in for a long, deep, tender kiss with a light kiss to follow. |
