Jenny smiled as she placed a light kiss on his nose, "It's only yearbook. I've already turned in my pages that are due in a couple of days, so they won't miss me too much. What about you though? I don't want you getting into trouble on account of me again.."
- Turning towards him and wrapping her arms around his neck, Leane smiled and placed a tender kiss upon his lips, "Am I forgiven dearest? I really am sorry... I promise, I'll try my best to be kind to her, alright?" |
"Nah." Ben smiled. "I usually skip last period anyways, its a sudy hall so I usually just go home." Ben laughed.
~~~ "Of course you're forgiven." Matthew smiled as he returned her kiss. "You think I could stay mad at you?" He laughed, giving her forehead a kiss before moving to sit next to her. |
Jenny smiled with a blush in her cheeks, "Then why don't we skip the rest of the period and go hangout somewhere? It'll be much more comfortable than standing in a hallway," she added with a laugh.
- "It's possible.. when the fight's over your best friend," said Leane softly as she popped a couple fries into her mouth that were drenched in ranch dressing. |
"Very true." Ben smiled as he took one of Jenny's hands in his own and led her down the hallway. "Where shall we go?" He asked as the walked, wandering aimlessly.
~~~ Matthew rested his elbow on the table and placed his face in his hand. "If you're willing to try and get along then I'm sure everything will work out." Matthew smiled as he took one of her fries and placed it in his mouth. "You want to order something?" A waitress asked Matt from behind the counter. "I'll just have an order of onion rings." Matt said before the waitress left to give his order to the cook. |
Linking her fingers through his, Jenny couldn't keep the smile off her face, "Wherever you wish. If you want to head off grounds for a bit, I have the car with here."
- Leane sighed as she finished her hamburger. Wiping the ketchup from her lips, Leane looked over at Matt, "I promised, didn't I? I always keep my promises, so you needn't worry about me fighting with her anymore.. For you, dearest, I'll hold my tongue no matter how much it kills me not to say anything back." |
"To the car then." Ben smiled. "As long as you don't get to frisky." He teased Jenny, wriggling his eyebrows playfully.
~~~ "It'll be fine." Matt assured her, giving her hand a squeeze just as the waitress returned with his onion rings. "A toast, to a fresh start?" Matthew asked as he raised an onion ring, a small grin on his mouth. |
Jenny laughed as she rolled her eyes playfully and led Ben to her locker to grab her keys, "Honestly, you're terrible! But I still can't help but like you," she added with a wink. "So where would you like to go?"
- Laughing, Leane picked up a fry and tapped it against his onion ring. "To a fresh start," she said softly before popping the fry in her mouth. |
"Hm." Ben pondered. "How about you take me to your favorite place to go?" Ben asked. "I want to know more about you." He smiled sweetly as he waited by her locker for her to get her keys.
~~~ Matthew smiled as he ate his onion ring, going to grab another as he finished. "So, you couldn't stay away from here could you?" Matthew teased as he gestured to the diner. "I told you it was incredible." |
Grabbing her purse from her locker, Jenny shook her head, "No, you'll think it silly. My favorite place is the park. The small one with the hotdog cart and the small fountain in the center that's surrounded by flowers?"
- Blushing, Leane nodded, "What can I say? The food's delicious. The only problem is, I came here to forget about our fight and eat some good food.. But when I got here and ordered what I was craving, I couldn't help but think about you. You really will be the end of me Sommers." |
"To the park then." Ben smiled as he took Jenny's hand and led her to the parking lot. "Which car is your's?"
~~~ "Maybe." Matthew shrugged. "But at least you'll be able to die happy." Matthew teased as he ate another onion ring. |
Jenny lit up as she placed a light kiss on Ben's cheek, "The blue one over there. You sure you don't mind going to the park?" she asked as she led him over to her Dark Blue Ford Taurus.
- Smiling, Leane popped a fry into her mouth. After taking a drink of her Sprite, Leane turned towards Matt and wrapped her arms around his neck. Resting her forehead against his, Leane whispered, "Perhaps. But I'd much rather spend my life happy with you, than die without loving you completely." |
"Of course not." Ben laughed as he waited by the passenger door for Jenny to unlock her doors. "I want to learn more about you." Ben smiled at her.
~~~ "I think I can live with you for the rest of our lives." Matthew smiled as he gave her a tender kiss. "I don't think I could live without your kisses though." He smiled before giving her another small kiss. "I love you, Lee." He said softly. |
"There's really not much to me, I'm pretty simple, even if I am a rich-cheerleader who's dated brainless jocks," Jenny laughed as she unlocked the doors and slipped into the driver's seat.
- "I don't think I could live without your kisses, nor without you holding me, either," Leane whispered as she eagerly returned his kisses, "I love you, Matt, and I know for sure that I always will, no matter what happens." |
"Well I refuse to believe that." Ben said as he slipped into the passenger seat and buckled his seat belt. "There's something about you. I'm not sure what it is exactly but I like it." Ben laughed. "I didn't mean for that to be quite as creepy as it came out." He joked.
~~~ Matthew laughed as he broke the kiss. "I have onion ring breath." He laughed as he slipped out of Leane's embrace and popped another onion ring into his mouth. |
Jenny laughed as she pulled out of the school parking lot and headed a few miles out of town to the small park she mentioned earlier, "It wasn't creepy it all, it was really sweet."
- Leane rolled her eyes playfully as she finished her fries, "Onion rings are yummy. It simply adds to the devastatingly attractive you," she teased as she stole one of his onion rings, dipped it in her remaining ranch dressing from her fries, and popped it in her mouth. |
"Good because that was what I was going for." Ben laughed. "What are you listening to?" Ben asked as he hit the power on her car stereo to play whatever CD was in her car.
~~~ "Well I am perfect in almost every way." Matthew teased, giving Leane a wink as he took another onion ring. |
Jenny blushed a deep crimson as her Asian Mix-CD started playing the song 'First Love' by Utada Hikaru. "I-i-it's an Asian mix-CD Lee made for me.. it has Utada Hikaru, BoA Kwon, Jolin Tsai, Big Bang, and a few others.. Crazy for me to be listening to music I don't understand.. huh.."
- Leane laughed as she stole another onion ring, "I might agree that you're perfect. Well, nearly perfect," she teased. |
"I like that you have some Asian flair." Ben smiled as he listened to the music. "And its not awful music to boot." He laughed. "I'm glad you have a great taste in music."
~~~ "I don't know what you're talking about." Matthew teased with a wink. "I'm simply amazing. What with my busted nose and bruises on my ribs. Irresistable really." He laughed. |
Jenny laughed as she rolled her eyes playfully as the song changed to 'Always' by Big Bang, "Do you really think that? Or are you just being nice."
- Leane rolled her eyes playfully as he placed a light kiss on his lips and teased, "Oh yes, it completely adds to your irresistibility." Finishing her Sprite, Leane called the waitress over and paid for her meal as well as Matt's. "Well dearest, we have another half hour to kill, what would you like to do?" |
"No I really mean it." Ben laughed. "I like that you don't stick to just pop songs. I told you there was someting about you." He teased.
~~~ "I've already shown you some of my favorite places." Matthew smiled as he hopped off the counter stool. "Why don't you take us somewhere?" Matthew asked as he pulled his keys out of his pocket. "I'll follow you." He smiled. |
Jenny smiled as she parked along the road beside the park, "Would it be bad to tell you that most of the Asian music I listen to is pop music?"
Turning off the car, Jenny laughed as she shoved her keys in her pocket, leaving her purse, and slipped out of the driver's seat and around the car to wait for Ben. - Leane grinned a she linked her fingers though his free hand, "Really? Wherever I wish to go? You promise you won't make fun of me?" |
Ben climbed out of the car and stood beside Jenny. "Yes but at least you're not addicted to the pop that everyone else is listening to." He said. "I like that you're into Asian music." He smiled.
~~~ "I promise." Matthew smiled as he led Leane to her car. "I'll see you when we get to wherever we're going." Matthew laughed quietly as he pressed her back against her car to give her a tender kiss before turning back to his car and hopping into the driver's seat. |
Locking the doors to the car and putting change into the meter, Jenny slipping her hand into Ben's and rested her head upon his shoulder as they began walking into the park, "What kind of music do you listen to? Any of my crazy Asian music?" she teased with a small laugh.
- Climbing into the driver's seat, Leane started her engine and pulled out of the parking lot. Waiting for Matt before she pulled out, Leane smiled and headed off in the direction of her favorite bookstore in town. Pulling into the bookstore's parking lot, Leane hopped out of her car, grabbed her purse, locked her doors, and waited for Matt to park his car. |
"I actually listen to more instrumental music. With occasional heavy metal, depending on my mood." Ben said as they walked. "Its Matt fault really for turning me on to heavy metal. He listens to it mostly when he's upset about something though. It clears your head surprisingly well." He explained.
~~~ Matthew smiled as Leane pulled into a bookstore parking lot. Parking his car next to Leane's, Matt got out of the car and walked over to her. "Why am I not surprised?" Matthew teased as he wrapped an arm around Leane's waist and led her into the bookstore. |
Jenny laughed as she teased, "Of course it does! All it is is thrashing around with inaudible lyrics. Who wouldn't be able to get lost in it and forget everything? The instrumental sounds nice though. I prefer violin and piano myself, what about you?"
- Leane rolled her eyes playfully as she bumped her hip against his, "What can I say? I'm expecting a shipment of books to look through. Why not drag you along with me to keep me company?" |
