At this point, I've only got around two weeks to collect the money. Why only two weeks? Because I scheduled the appointment for April 20. No, I can't reschedule, because at my local SPCA, they get so many people coming in, you have to schedule at least a month in advance. No way in hell am I rescheduling now, because the male's getting aggressive and the female is just getting bitchier toward the male.
Once Loki (male) gets done, he's moving in with my boyfriend. This not only gives him time to heal, it lessens the burden on me having to provide food and litter for two cats.

I just hope I'll still be able to save enough money three weeks after that.

They're as much mine as they are his. We're intending to move in together someday, and we've been talking about marriage and a life together, so I'm okay with helping out like that. And actually, I think Snickers (the female cat) is getting more attached to me now. She comes and climbs into my lap whenever I'm at the computer, she gets distressed whenever I leave her in my room to go out, and she cuddles up to me when it's bedtime. All things she never did before.
If she still attacks Loki after they're both fixed, then I'll keep Snickers and my boyfriend can have Loki, the fat, lazy bastard.
