Where I can see what items are floating around that aren't in shops?
As in, old CIs, EIs..?

Well, until an actual awesome feline is put into the game, the..black heart fox? is being considered as one.

I doubt it, considering it IS yumeh, but who knows.

The Heartface Foxes are the only corresponding items I can think of. If you could post the avatar you saw with the item equipped (or the item itself) I bet you'd get a quick answer. :)
