I did, with my son. We went out after three o'clock and stayed out until about four o'clock. My son saw about 15 of them and I saw about 10 of them. We saw the first one right as we went out and it was the best of them all. I'd always read that closer to pre-dawn hours are the best and I have to agree. All the other times we went out, we went out several hours earlier, and would stay out longer and never saw as many as we did last night.

One night in Corpus Christi by the Gulf, we did see the Space Station when it was docked with the Shuttle go overhead.

Wow, I bet that was something to see! When I lived in Florida, I got to see several take offs. Not close, mind you, but in Orlando and Kissimmee where we lived, you could still see it when it went up. It was really nice when you could catch a night lift off. And then when it comes back in the atmosphere, you can hear the sonic boom. More than once it scared the crap out of me. At one house, I thought someone had thrown something really big at the outside of the house, and at another house, it would rattle the windows.
