Oops! I guess thats a big mistake on my end. I'll avoid that in the future. I know you not trying to be mean Nivvy :D thanks for the heads up. But do you know anything else that could help me? I created this account a long while back and i never used it unfortunately. But i plan on being online now and everything is so different to me.
My main concern would be subscribing to threads so i can come back to the ones i frequent. I looked all over the page and unless i wasn't looking hard enough, didn't find a clickable to subscribe to it. |
Yay, i'm back. so how is everyone tonight? I hope that you are doing well, as for me The rain is making it more humid here in Hawaii. At least it is not A Hurricane like it was supposed to be. The Humidity is killing me here. I have to suffer through it for another 2 months until like mid Oct. Then the Tradewinds are supposed to some back. Sheesh, Global warming is hell.

@Ita: To subscribe, scroll up to the top of the page, and right above the first post of any of the thread's pages, you should always see a drop-down menu button called Thread tools. Subscription should be there. Once you click it, it'll prompt you to choose a thread subscription folder - they let you organized them here.
You can buy clothes by hitting the Shop tab at the top :] Different shops usually hold specific items, like shoes or hats or accessories. Some hold multiple. Just brows around for a bit ^ ^ You can also get items from events, like this current event. Post a lot to earn stars. For every post you earn .25 of a star. If you perform, you get a little less then that, but it accumulates. The best way to earn stars is by petitioning the Goddesses of this festival. Scroll up again, and click on Event Overview under the Event Map. It'll show you a menu on the right side. One of the options will say Three Goddesses. You'll find them there. Also, to learn more about the event and how it works, as well as finding the clues necessary to collect this event's special items, click on Event FAQs under the Event Map. All the instructions are there, as well as the clues to where to find the items. The stars I mentioned are your special currency to buy the items once you find them. You'll understand once you read the FAQs ^ ^ Good luck and Have fun ! @Divacita: D: Well you live on an Island, so of course humidity is gonna be bad x ox and I can only imagine it during a rainfall or storm. I sort of lived on a larger island, if you want to include Long Island NYC as an Island - of which it technically is I suppose. Water all around o 3o Very humid. x ox Oooo Humidity there during the summer killed so much ! And foggy cold humidity was also a killer .__. My stomach would feel so weird. I live in Vegas now. x ox Not much humid. I wish there were some more though. It's just really, aching hot ! |
Diva, thats horrible! Glad its not a hurricane. That could have been absolutely devastating. The humidity here is bad too, arizona was meant to be dry heat but the weather with the rising humidity is killing me!
Viess, your a life saver! The one person with all the answers xD. Sad part is after i posted that i found the subscription thingy. And the stars sounds great but how long will the event run so i can get the things it shows? I really want that scarf thingy but i have no idea what the clue means! And the shop items are really expensive too! How can you afford them being so new? Or am i just looking in the wrong stores? Either way i think i'm getting the hang of things but its still all so new to me! |
Oh Yea ! A good way to make money is by playing games :]
I'm really good at tetris, so I just put the level on 5, then try to make as many of what they call a "tetris" in the game [a tetris is when you can make 4 rows of blocks disappear successfully in one shot.] I usually end up making about 4-5 of those before I have enough points to earn the most gold that you're allowed to per game [which is 50 gold]. Also, you can only win a max of 500 gold accumulated by playing the games, so 500 gold per day since I joined :] Thats how I got items. Snake is another favorite. 1000 points there earns you like 10 gold which is pritty good to me ^ ^ Now as for the clues, I'm not allowed to tell you directly but can help hint D: They are in fact very simple, and you really can't over-think what they mean. As for the one for the scarf - Think about what it means when someone's thinking about you. When this word lights up - when this link lights up, it means someone thought about you, pritty simple as just that :] Edit: Oh yea, well isn't the date for the event available? It's not too hard getting stars once you get started petitioning the goddesses. |
Your a pretty good at information! I'll play the games when i get the chance to get on a computer. And 500 gold a day sounds good to me. I think i should be able to get the items i need\want.

@Ita: I've been on for like 6 days now I think. The 500 gold seems pleanty considering the worth of most items ^ ^ Even the Monthly Collectibles are not that expensive. I come from Gaia, and the items there are a lot in comparison.

Only six days Veiss?! Your doing good for yourself apparently! I like event items more then normal items not because they can be traded or blah blah. I like them cause they most always look pretty good with the right outfit. I came from gaia too and it was just all a hassle there with the money and the inflations.
I moved to Roliana first then found Menewsha and fell hard. But i can't complain much cause i lke both roliand mene the same. Both are amazing. Night viess! |

Wow! Major time difference! Then again i live in the statea. Arizona. So its pretty late or early depending on who you are. But i'm a night owl so its okay i guess. But i gotta do the dishes soon and head off to bed. I love sleep yet i never get any.. Strange how that works out..
