Kaer'lic opened one eye and whispered low enough for only Daphne to hear, "Yeah I know she won't forgive me. Just leave me by my bike and leave. I can't face her." He pretended to go back to sleep.

Paige was quiet the entire time her eyes narrowed, her thoughts screaming her heart crushed into millions of little pieces, a tear rolled down her cheek, finally she spoke, "hes gone and i cant believe it, but i want to know what brought kaer'lic" she growled his name, "back...i dont know. and im not sure i want to know" She glanced back at the slaves following, "we are gonna go out the back, the slaves are free now. and to be honest i dont care what happens to this place!"

Daphne whispered back "no i wont leave you there and what happened back there you threw me into a wall would you really do that Paige's feelings aren't the only ones hurt" she looked back up and stared forward "okay Paige"

"It wasn't my fault Daphne. Something is wrong with me. Please, just leave me at my bike. I need to get away from here. I can't explain what happened so there's no point in asking me." He said, still appearing to be asleep and making sure to speak low enough so Paige wouldn't hear him.

Paiges eyes looked to Kaer'lic, "sadly i almost forgive him. but he killed my brother" she looked up at daphne.

"i know it wasn't your fault and im not leaving you sorry i sedated you by the way" Daphne told Kaer'lic still facing forward so Paige wouldn't be suspicious "you are staying with your friends and maybe Skieth can tell you whats wrong he has the best medics in the world" Daphe looked at Paige "im sure it wasnt him maybe he was posesed

Paige watches all the slaves run free. smiling to herself she turns and darts toward town.

he looked at daphene and said "hand him over. maybe dragging him while dashing at high speeds will knock the demon straight out of him."

Daphne laughed then stopped dead in the middle of it "demon thats what was wrong with him i had to inject sedative poison in him" she handed him over to Skieth "just dont kill him we want to keep the half that's our friend"

paige stood in the middle of the streets when she finally broke down, she crouched down and balled, "Andrew, Andrew why did you have to die?"

"No, if you plan on taking whatever it is out of me, you need to reconsider. What I have, gives me power. Think about how you would feel if your power was stripped from your body." kaer'lic said to Skeith.

skeith looked at kaer'lic. "well their is always the alternative." he held up his hand as the dark energy within him came out and made a gaunlet shape on his hand. "i could pull out the insane side of whats giving you power that way we can get it out of the way. never know maybe if it takes physical form i can add it to my army." he looked at kaer'lic and said "well, your choice. you could risk killing all of us just to keep your power or we can rip the insane part of it out of you and you can keep your powers."

"I don't even know how to control these powers. Hell, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS THAT I HAVE!" He yelled angrily.

Daphne watched the two "is there another way i mean he can't be examined" she asked

skeith looked at daphne and said "to you he can't examined. but to a fellow demon its as easy as an open book to see what it is." he looked at kaer'lic and said "it's an extremly powerful but powermad demon. i can take only part of it to where you can still transform into it but get rid of the part thats power mad and extremly insane." he held his hand up to kaer'lic's heart and said "your choice. though i should say now that if you don't find a way to take control of the demon or destroy the power mad side, then it will soon eat your soul away until you're dead and it can take over your body to call it it's own."
