I've been watching anime for a long time...there are just too many to list! I keep up with the new seasons in Japan. There are a lot of website dedicated to streaming new animes that aren't yet licensed here in the U.S. If you're looking to keep up, just check them out. :) Wish I could tell you more, but I'm afraid listing everything I've seen will take forever. I'm sure that's the same for a lot of people here.
