Oh, there's a number of ways to start. Just play true to your character (or, if you're playing yourself, then yourself) and go with it. You can start by entering the room if you like, or assuming you were already there, by moving around, trying the food, dancing with some of the other patrons, ect. I'm afraid I do not know for how long I will be here tonight though. Like I mentioned (was it in here?) I am going to watch the meteor shower tonight. And possible do grocery shopping. Not sure on the second bit, yet.

She laughs, the warmth of your fingers brushing her skin bringing a light blush to her face. "You're quite the charmer," she muses, brushing away a stray strand of hair. "Do you make a habit of wooing random bystanders?" |
She chuckles, the sound reminiscent of the bells you heard earlier, dancing in the air around you. She leans in a little, the better to be close to you as she whispers, "Not just any bystander."
Her breath is warm on your cheek and her hair smells like fresh rain in the trees and something sweet. And yet, at the same time, you catch the faintest scent of something bitter. She touches your cheek lightly with her fingertips and sweeps the stray hairs that had collected there away, to better see your face. Her eyes are dark and mesmerizing as they stare into you. Gonna finish eating and then I might have to go. Bishi, we should continue this somewhere, if you like. We could start a thread or something. |

For a while she had been standing against the wall with her eyes on her feet, absently sliding the toe of her sandal against the floor. She sighed softly as she finally looked up, dragging herself from her own thoughts as she looked up to see what was going on around her now. She smiled slightly as she watched the other inhabitants of the room going on about their business and finally decided to move away from the wall before making her way to the nearest balcony silently, her garments flowing freely about her legs as she moved. Once she had reached her destination she carefully pulled herself up to perch on the balcony edge and sat her hard in her lap before gently beginning to pluck at it's strings. Moments later, she began to sing in a soft, clear soprano voice to the tune of "Walking In The Air" as she closed her eyes and swayed gently to the tune of her own music.
Yay for getting distracted with everything else and taking forever... ^^; |

no, i really like long messages, ^^, im a fan of details, and things that dont plainly matter, and when i type i type long messages if i dont remind myself to stop ^^ and i like roleplaying without a huge introduction of my character ^^;
