I never really go all that event crazy. The closest I get is going all 'paladin defender of the npcs' on people who are abusive.

Now that I will certainly agree with. When there is an event even a sore wrist won't stop me unless I'm on hiatus and don't know.

Yeah, the items that are not going to ever match anything I'll ever wear I can get through the event and then sell them to people who missed the event and will wear them.
