Sucking up to an NPC will NOT get you there item. It will probably just in fact piss them off.
This kind of bothers me that people thinking sucking up to NPCs will get you free things when it is their way of saying thanks for being part of the community.

@Anan: Unfortunatly, that's not true. It says it'll give them a gift of stars for each UNIQUE click. They IP address track you and mostly likely also user account.

I remember getting the Sugar Cookie last event. I of course didn't realize at the time that any was even being given out. As for Nalin, I did find his thread and post. Though I put it off for the longest while in doing so. I eventually got a flower for just talking amongst others in the thread. I think when posts are directed soley at the NPC and you only seem to be interested in getting the item, then you're more unlikely to get it. Which is what I've noticed from observing and just common sense. I'm too lazy to go find Channah though. I don't really want the head thingy anyway.
