Goodle is a magical form of search engine that mixes telekinesis and internet. So you think of a question and BAM! You know it instantly. :3

It's only in beta at this point.

Hatake Ayumi 08-10-2009 01:19 AM

In US history, the term Red Scare denotes two distinct periods of strong anti-communism: the First Red Scare, from 1917 to 1920, and the Second Red Scare, from 1947 to 1957. The Scares were characterized by the fear that communism would upset the capitalist social order in the United States; the First Red Scare feared worker revolution and political radicalism, the Second Red Scare feared (national and foreign) communists infiltrating the Federal Government.

wikipedia.

Communists!

Suona 08-10-2009 01:20 AM

lol Why do you want me to spend it? ;P

Winter Wind 08-10-2009 01:21 AM

If you want something more detailed, it was when everyone was hella scared that commnunism was going to topple capitalism.

McCarthy was like "YOU ARE COMMUNIST, EVERYONE'S COMMUNIST"
xD;;;

Hatake Ayumi 08-10-2009 01:23 AM

McCarthy was a bit later and he used it for personal gain (or he was crazy...)
Flippin weird dude. Having a 'list' of communist politicians....

Seems like Steve got it.
=)

Gothic Romantic 08-10-2009 01:23 AM

Have you ever wondered if your emotions were somehow linked to the weather? o.o

Suona 08-10-2009 01:23 AM

Aaaah, communists
*everyone scatters*

Versailles 08-10-2009 01:23 AM

Hatake Ayumi 08-10-2009 01:23 AM

Gothic:
Well, there are people with seasonal depressions.

But I get happy when it rains. Lightly.
xD

Winter Wind 08-10-2009 01:24 AM

Wait, iSteve, you edited your post! D:

iSteve 08-10-2009 01:25 AM

:3
Sorry winter, it was a good try!

Gothic: this is actually true.
When it rains you have a higher chance to be upset, not just for the fact you can't leave your house, but the fact that colours are darker.
Human beings are happier when more colours are around, it's proven that in cities with more foliage less crime takes place than in cities without.

Double posting is against the rules, no one posted after me, even after I edited it.
if they did I would have reposted.

Hatake Ayumi 08-10-2009 01:25 AM

Windy:
I didn't put a rule up about that.
> _____ >;;;
Didn't think it was necessary.
I'm adding it on now.

Please don't edit. Gives me a headache.

Gothic Romantic 08-10-2009 01:26 AM

I don't mean seasonal depressions, but more like... the weather is scheduled to be sunny with sparse clouds, and then I get depressed and almost simultaneously thunder crackles and it begins to down pours. o.o;

xuvrette 08-10-2009 01:26 AM

Goodle is a new search engine?
I have to check~
