I was too lazy to invest in anything. I was quick to sell off quite a few sets that I now regret being so impatient. I had the pirate and ninja armor set. I had the blaze and wave set. I had panda slippers, a pudao and fan (ages ago, right after they came out) and I sold them all when they were still cheap. [sigh]

Since I came from Gaia I knew the investment potential of past CIs so I tried to get every CI I could and hold on to it. It's always handy to have CIs, even if you don't like them at the moment. You never know when they will work out in a particular outfit. |

I love my Gaia account.
It's been my baby since 2004. Now I mainly do graphics and roleplay. I'm pretty happy with what I have accomplished there. Now it's better here. In the past week I've had some good conversations. It was nice when people went, where did you go? I haven't seen you in forever! Haha. Now I'm hooked. |
I've been on gaia for like 4 years, I hate gaia now.
it's so ugly. it's like some monster. I would have had so much gold because I had both cats, both guitars, and a bunch of other stuff, but sold them. I quit a while ago. |
I use pretty much everything that I own.
It's sort of sad to look at that site now and think about where it's been and what's happened to it. It costs them so much to keep running which is why they resorted to the cash shop. It's just maddening to see sealed going for 40k a pop with items that aren't as near as good as the cash shop. That should still be their priority. |

One of the moderators was asked and answered the question. It takes them well over a million bucks now to pay and employ all of the staff, the artists, rent the building (why wouldn't they own it?!), pay their network fees and continue to upgrade their servers.
