DK: We went to Miramar to go pay for my Mesa stuff. I have yet to buy a parking pass. Then when I realized at Miramar that I had to sign up for my SDSU classes, I started freaking out wondering if there were still seats available or not. Instead of taking my English Placement Test (which is probably going to be easy as pie anyway) today, we went back to Rachy's house so I could sign up for my classes. Thank GOD they were all intact and I got all the SDSU ones that I planned for. So I will be at SDSU Monday mornings, Tuesdays and Thursdays till afternoon; Mesa on Monday and Wednesday nights. I'm worried about books though but Mom is like...pshh, whatever. After that, we headed to Borders to buy a couple of drinks and a cake (cafe-style cakes ALWAYS suck! They're always dry!). We wondered if we were gonna buy anything else then thought better of it, as we headed to Staples afterwards to buy some school supplies. We just messed around there and well, then the cashier - I already told you about that.
Decided to stop by home so I could give her the last New Moon poster I got from Comic Con so she's pretty happy. Had to go to Seafood City to buy pandesal because Mom called about it during Borders (and my phone kept cutting out there!). Then we went to Target and finally Fuddruckers because her dad treated us to dinner. That about sums up my day. ----------------------------- She blinked and then raised an eyebrow. "How can you not eat tofu and yet you eat healthy? Granted it tastes like tea leaves in some sort of gelatin thing." Margie filled her plate with a few other dinner entrees, trying not to eat as much and decided to spread out the portions among the rest of the week. |
Margie: lol well it sounds you had a rather busy day. I only went out to the mall since mom wanted to pick up more Proactive and she wanted to buy some more perfume too (but they didn't have the one she wanted). We also ate over there but I didn't stop by Gamestop since most of the stores were starting to close anyways. :c
------- "Well, yeah. I mean, it took her a while to figure out that tofu doesn't agree well with me when I ate it." Yosuke sighed. "But when everyone else gets tofu, she gives me extra vegetables like... bittermelon." He shuddered at the thought of what he considered to be the nastiest tasting vegetable known to mankind. After he had no more room on his plate, he returned with Margie to their table. |
DK: Uhm...so besides school supplies that we bought at Staples, Rachy also bought me one of them Pikachu styluses for the DS. Hee! I was about to ask you "What's Proactive?" because I had a brain fart, but then I remembered what it was. Yes, Pika was busy today. And dumb.
Are you literally RPing by life or via Yosuke's actual character? ------------------ Margie crinkled her eyebrows. "Bittermelon? Ohh, man that's nasty. How does your stomach not settle with tofu?" She grabbed a couple of nonalcoholic drinks from the bartender before settling down back at the table and handed one over to Yosuke, and started eating. "I mean, I'm picky with my vegetables but I haven't reacted badly to anything yet. The only things I've got is that I'm somewhat lactose-intolerant to milk and I throw up if I eat chicken sometimes," she explained. |
Margie: 'Tis okay. I still want a DS. :c
Not quite. I'm trying to stay in character but there's stuff I don't know about him that I'm just improvising. Like I'm not allergic to tofu IRL (Yosuke says he is in the game when you visit Rise since her family runs a tofu shop). But I do agree that bittermelon is hella nasty. :V 'Sides, Yosuke's a pretty normal guy. ---------- "Depends. Sometimes I break out, and other times... Well, you get the idea." Yosuke said taking one of the drinks from Margie's hand. He took a bite from one of the skewers. |
DK: Mine is starting to eff up at times - random shutdowns when I had the screen closed for a while then open it up again, and then if something wasn't saved, guess what? POOF! My effort's gone!
--------------- "You got skewers?" Margie asked. "I should've gotten some. Barbeque sounds REALLY good about now!" She ate some of the food off her own plate that she selected, and had a sip of root beer float. The ice cream usually disappeared first because of mixing with the soda, and basically turned into foam. 'Or was it the other way around?' Margie shrugged and drank down the soda anyway, then poured herself a cup of tea that was served to every table and started drinking that instead. "So where exactly are you from? I haven't even asked you yet." |
Light snoreing could be heard above ally head, the only thing that gave away disturbed postion was a small tip of his tail was pokeing low enought to be seen, the tip flicker very so often showing he was dreaming. on close inspection being directly under the twicing tails all would be able to see a foot, the sole of the pointed shoe distrubed wore.

Ally looked up at the tree in front of her as something weird was moving. Realizing it was her newfound friend, she ran towards the tree, jumped up towards the branch Disturbed was on, and lightly pulled on his tail before letting go so she could land properly and not hurt the fox in the tree.

It's a pretty small town and nothing really happens back there so it's pretty boring. We moved there because of my dad's work. Are you from around here?" |
DK: No I haven't. The L button is still wonky at times but I REALLY have to press it hard for it to work.

Wouldn't you think?" she asked, referring to the place where the ball was. "Truth to tell, I'm here to see if I could find a boyfriend or something. You know how relatives get when one gets older - they expect you to settle down pretty soon." |
there was a light snorting sound, before a yawn " thats not very nice." disturbed mutterd opening his eyes, first thing his his eye sight was the basket whict was sercured on the branch above him, then with a quilk tug he brought it to him. " here you go happy birthday!? he said droping the basket to her, then with a quilk twist of his body he turned on the tree bran now hanging upside down useing only his amrs to hold on then droping soundlessy to the ground right by his friend. " hi there ally, i see the day has done you well.. and.. your wearing somthing new." he loked her over marving at all the colors, he had on the same thing he wore the night before

DK: I thought I was too but I didn't wanna spend like an extra $80-90 that I don't have, so I'm kinda stuck. I might get a pink pearl DS though, like Janina has (her boyfriend bought her it).
BTW the relatives that are coming tomorrow (I still have to finish cleaning the guest room and scrubbing the hallway) are under the impression that a certain you-know-who is my boyfriend because I had to get them off my butt so they wouldn't hook me up with my second cousin in Maryland. What do I tell them tomorrow, that I dumped his ass because he cheated on me? ------- She furrowed her brows. "Happy birthday? Are you outta your mind? My birthday's nowhere near this time," Ally clarified. She chuckled though, as she held the basket and she watched her companion nearly fall off the tree. "Just about. Yuh, they wanted me to hook up with a cousin. Not cool. I'm not into incest unless it's in OUR family (you know what I mean - Rachy being mommy, Janina's one of the sister's, etc). Unfortunately I can't go like they do in movies/tv/books like getting a REALLY GOOD/CLOSE guy friend to play along as a boyfriend in front of the relatives and like, leave later, without that being awkward between us afterwards. ------------------------------- "Hot springs? Heck no, I'm not no poor thing! I like RPing separate characters. I've done it before but haven't been able to do so since the previous RP's I've done have shut down last year. This is just a relief for me because not doing anything here is why I left the site.

We'll be out of your way in a couple of days so there shouldn't be any more accidents. But I did warn you before that I couldn't guarantee anyone was as tolerant of your people as I am. They don't even know you exist."
