risotto is this really awesome dish from italy. its essentially rice thats been cooked slowly in broth and wine. a lot of times they add either fish, meats, or all kinds of seafoods to it. also its generally really kinda cheesy. its REALLY good. its one of my favorite meals, you eat a bowl and it keeps you full for hours.

Never had tofu before. My husband has and said it tasted plain. What do you think it tastes like?
