My other suggestion would be that maybe new tasks shouldn't be assigned until the person completes their first task. While I'm sure Kent intends to do all three of those tasks, other people may come along and want to do one of them while he's working on another, and people should be allowed to go for their first choice if they get here early enough, not have all tasks already assigned to just a couple of people.
And, for all you know, someone could disappear and you're left wondering when those three tasks will get done. Another thing we did last year is, if a task wasn't done within a certain time period after being assigned (say an hour), and the person assigned the task hadn't given a reason why it would be later than expected, then it was reassigned. That way you're not left waiting four hours for someone to do a task they swore they'd do. Edit to Kent: XD What's the recipe? |

Found the recipe, and here are three pictures of ingredients. I know you can only use one of them, but this way other people can take a picture of the ingredient easiest for them, and Katurine can just pick the third from one of these.
