Winx Club Movie?
My daughter and I are both fans of Winx Club, and I've been trying to find the new CGI movie, but I can't find it anywhere. I guess it was first released in Spring of 2008. Basically, I'm looking for advice on buying foreign titles that will have at least an english dub. I'd like to get my hands on other series as well, but I don't speak any other language.

The title is "Winx Club: Secret of the Lost Kingdom"
The dubbing isn't by 4Kids studios, so it is by some Canadian VAs (voices sounded odd to me). As far as I can see, there haven't been DVDs of the movie, in the US. |
I'm willing to buy a European version, if thats what it takes. I've contacted Rainbow s.r.l. about American release dates, but I haven't heard back yet, and honestly, I'm not sure I will.
Edit: Does anyone know how I could purchase the German release? I guess it has an English track. |
I just loved watching the Winx Club.
I taped the first season and some of two on vhs while it was on tv, but then I didn't get to finish two, let alone see 3. Hopefully I can find it somewhere online to catch up on! I didn't know there was a movie! I wish you luck in getting a copy and hope 4kids gets it to us soon! |
Ha ha! I was obsessed with Winx when I was a preteen. I couldn't get enough of it. I wrote fanfics and everything. I'm over it now yet still I await the movie as well.
I hate to go the "illegal" route with my suggestions but you can probably find a subtitled version of it uploaded to the internet if you're desperate. By now (the movie having been released since 2007) the thing should have been subbed by some crazy fan or another. I know that I watched the entire third season that way when it came out. *Looks around suspiciously* Don't turn me into the feds, lol. :sweat: |
HOLY CRAP! RLY? I never knew they made a movie....I used to watch winx club all the time.

...There's a movie?? Wow. I actually (as my biggest guilty pleasure) loved Winx Club back when it came on. How odd to hear this now. xD
