Thank you Dragon. I thought I was going to pass out. xDD

Facade 09-06-2009 12:15 AM

-pounces on the Lint Lender-

Sorry for disappearing the other night; to put it bluntly, I had somewhere to be. :B

In other words, it was my school's first football game of the season, and since I'm a loyal *senior* member of my school's marching band, I more or less was required to go... <_< ... >_>

Yes'm, I'm still alive. D: Somehow.

BellyButton 09-06-2009 12:20 AM

That's quite alright, dear. My minions have been providing entertainment, though I'm not sure I understand their brand of dinner theatre all too well.

How'd the game go? =)

Facade 09-06-2009 12:28 AM

Well, as my great aunt Lucinda always said, dinner theatre is dinner theatre! No need to be picky! :B

The game went well, surprisingly. Our school has a reputation of being rather terrible when it comes to sports. Somehow, we won. Not that I care overall, to be honest. =X

-drops a house on you-

P.S. - Aunt Lucinda was a drunkard, and was also rumored to be nonexistent. -cough-

BellyButton 09-06-2009 12:42 AM

You won! Oh, that's lovely. I have an aunt like Lucinda too, only she liked to perform in the dinner theatre herself. Right now I'm trying to buy a couple stinking cheap little things from the Exchange.. I have yet to make a successful purchase over there. Folks just don't hang around their shop threads enough. It's driving me batty, I tell ya!

Well, do stop by again sometime. I always enjoy your visits.
(Except the part where you drop the houses on me. That hurts, you know.)

<3

Facade 09-06-2009 12:46 AM

D:

I'll just float around here until you return! And/or go sleep, etc., etc.

You're my favorite person on here at the moment, mainly because I'm too lazy to look up my old friends/rekindle the not-so-existent "friendship" between us, yada yada... I'm a very lame person, as you can tell! Needless to say, uh... Where was I going with this? I forget.

Anyway, good luck on your Exchange-searching! I rarely find anyone actually IN their shops these days... It sort of defeats the purpose of a shop, sadly.

BellyButton 09-06-2009 03:02 AM

Ooh, ahh! I finally completed a transaction on the exchange and I still have all of my limbs intact!

Yer sweet Facade. I don't know many people around here yet, but there are a few zany ones I kind of stalk. I'm socially retarded too, it's okay. Lol. ;)

Facade 09-06-2009 03:14 AM

Lmao. xD;

For some reason, I'm over social crap these days. ._. Even in "RL". It's sort of pathetic, though, because I love being around people.

I suppose it's just that I have always despised high school. I keep telling myself that college will be better, that I'll be around people who aren't a waste of energy, nor a waste of trying to please.

Blah blah blah, I must sound extremely jaded by now. But the point of my rant is... Well, I really dunno what the point of it was.

Needless to say, I'm bored. And grats, Belly! ;D~ Lawls.

This whole summer, I more or less neglected my "RL" friends, simply because of several things going on in my life at the moment, mixed with laziness/overall apathy towards maintaining a relationship with those people.

Okay, so mainly it was the laziness/apathy, but still!

Perhaps it's too pessimistic/dumb of me to consider my friends a waste of my time, but I always look at them and say to myself, "Yeah, we're not going to be friends the rest of our lives. I doubt I'll speak to so and so again even after graduation!" ... Blah, I don't know where this mini-rant of mine is stemming from, but uh... I'm sorry. xD;

BellyButton 09-06-2009 03:36 AM

You're preaching to the choir, sister. I'd like to be able to tell you that college will be completely different, but anyplace where folks who are all basically the same age are stuffed in and expected to perform tends to be rife with all sorts of melodramatic social bullshit. Of course college lets you follow your own academic interests more, so its easier to focus on other things - that part will definitely be better.

I dunno, I don't think there's anything wrong with you. Having lots of meaningless relationships isn't as good as having a few special ones, I don't think. Of course, I've always been more the crazy hermit on the hill type, so what do I know? Ha hah.. Ah well. Carry on.

Facade 09-06-2009 03:50 AM

xD

You're officially my favorite person!

Anyways, crazy hermits always rock, especially when they're on hills! =D I envy your hilly abode. :<

I tried typing something more meaningful in response, but then my brain died and it all looked senseless to me, so... D:!

But thanks for the encouragement, Belly. My closest friends are my aunts and my mother. I know that sounds increasingly lame (especially since I'm male), but they appreciate my humor, and I appreciate their company. And they feed me alcohol and good food! So I can't complain. :>

I dunno, I'm just hoping to get out of this little town and find some intellectually-stimulating people who can comprehend my complex kookiness... D;

BellyButton 09-06-2009 04:09 AM

Oopsie. Pretend I said "brother," then.. LOL.. Sorry, your pixel boobs blinded me to your inherent manliness, even though you're called Facade -- I shoulda known. I'm just not too swift.

Anyway, I don't think it's lame that you can tolerate some of your relatives. They sound quite lovely. I might even come over for dinner. My hermit pantry is rather bare, see.

I'm going to slip away for a bit.. I might be back soon, but if not I'll definitely be back eventually. ;)

Hang in there, slugger <3

Facade 09-06-2009 04:17 AM

Hermit pantries are ALWAYS bare. D:<
Especially yours. I always have to leave your deliveries on the doorstep, and by the time you get to retrieving them, the neighborhood kids take them! See, it's all your fault for not moving while I told you to! The neighborhood has gone down drastically...

And teehee, I'm a bit more effeminate, I find. =P I normally don't try to correct people, because a pronoun is a pronoun, in my eyes. Besides, I'm lazy. C:

LAZINESS OVERPOWERS MY ABILITY TO CAAARE. <3

I'll be waiting by your bedside, Mrs. Pantry.

BellyButton 09-07-2009 02:10 AM

So that's where my deliveries went! Dang kids! *shakes fist*

Facade 09-07-2009 04:34 AM

-gnaws on your fist-

So how was your day?

A) Fantabulous
B) Spifftastic
C) Dandruff

BellyButton 09-07-2009 05:00 AM

Hmm, my skin is feeling a bit dry lately. I choose C.

And you?

A) Ducky
B) Plucky
C) Ingrown Toenail

Facade 09-07-2009 05:15 AM

Lol, Ducky and Plucky. I'm watching The Golden Girls at the moment, and the episode I'm watching is where the girls put on a play called Henny Penny... The other characters in the play are Ducky Lucky and Turkey Lurky. xD

Ahem. Anyway, I choose ingrown toenail, since that's my Swahili astrological sign. :>

Where did you get that fabulous mustache?

A) Your mother's father.
B) A wig shop.
C) It washed up on shore.

[/tired and uninspired]

Edit: Oh wait, it wasn't Ducky Lucky, it was Goosey Loosey. xD

BellyButton 09-07-2009 05:27 AM

Hmm, my mustache is actually from my father's mother. But I would definitely wear one that washed up on shore. That would be cool!

Alllllso... I like to spell mustache with an O.. moustache.. I don't care about the red underline telling me it's wrong! It feels so right!!

I'm tired too. Just trying to earn enough gold to cover my art order and I'll probably go stare at the walls for a bit. zzz.

Facade 09-07-2009 05:37 AM

HA.
Funny you mention the red underline thing!
It actually scares me, so I switched 'moustache' to 'mustache' just to make the angry red line a bit happier. :<

But yeah, I totally agree with spelling it 'moustache' ... Funny you bring that up! P:
I like the language-of-origin-y way of spelling words. Uh. Normally, anyway.

Anyway, who stares at the wall anymore!? D:< There are more fun things to stare at now, like the television, the 'puter, a bricked-up window... The possibilities are endless!

BellyButton 09-07-2009 05:52 AM

I guess I'm just old fashioned like that. But I'm sure plenty of people stare at the wall still. Inmates, babies, invalids, overmedicated droolers.. The TV just can't compete with its plain and quiet stillness. A bricked up window does sound intriguing, but I'm rather lazy and I'd have to steal bricks from my garden.

Facade 09-07-2009 06:02 AM

You could've just asked me for a brick or two! You know I make bricks in my spare time! Out of recycled clay, but they're bricks nonetheless... Usually, anyway.

Sidhe 09-07-2009 06:08 AM

Are you sure it's clay?

I sure wouldn't eat those things if I were you, David Bowie did it once, them killed his/her's nonexistent sister, them did.

Facade 09-07-2009 06:35 AM

Them po' bricks! David Bowie's nonexistent sister is a blistering sight for sore eyes. I cannot imagine how much pain them bricks went through bein' all digested an' all.

Sexy Blue Candy 09-07-2009 04:31 PM

Digested??........ ouch to the most extremest measure. >.<

Dragonqueen09 09-09-2009 12:47 AM

no comment on the bricks topic but anyways how is everyone?

Sexy Blue Candy 09-09-2009 02:24 AM

i am okay, but I am a little tired and confused on what else I need to do tonight. My head is soooo jumbled. Emotions suck! >.<
How are you?
