"Well, I would've gotten these yesterday..." Hal hissed at her.
"That's it, I'm done. Find it yourself. Good luck. Bye."
"Fine," she sighed and wandered through the store all alone.
Jitter was very mad that Hal would be so ungrateful.
Hal stared at the fish oil. "No… that's just nasty."
Jitter finding Hal, screamed at her "I saved your life!!!!"
Hal nearly jumped out of her skin. "What the hell?"
"Yesterday, I saved your life. I tried to be subtle."
Hal sighed and rolled her eyes. "You didn't save anybody."
"Yes I did." Jitter's eyes teared, she was so frustrated.
"How so?" Hal demanded, hands on hips and eyes narrowed.
"The murderer stared at you so I left with you."
A very large part of Hal wanted to walk away.
"We have a unconvicted murderer that hangs out around here."
Hal looked doubtful but finally asked, “Are you being serious?”
Jitter leveled her gaze on Hal. "Have I joked yet?"
Hal shrugged. "I hardly know you to make that call."
"I don't joke about this stuff! I shouldn't've done anything."
"Why would a murderer eye me?" She crossed her arms.
"Cos you're pretty. Cos you're important." Jitter stared at her.
Jitter actually had a point. “Okay, what should I do?”
"Nothing. I already saved your life. He doesn't like me."
"Then... why are you bothering me with this?" Hal asked.
"Nevermind. I just thought you'd be more thankful." Jitter sagged.
"Dear god, why can't you let me be a bitch?"
