@Fading - Weird, it worked for me. And Gummibear o.o
@Mar-Mar - Apparently all the other bridesmaids had the same problem with their dresses! They all tried them on in the store and they fit, but when they got them, they didn't fit and they needed all sorts of alterations! I didn't get to try one on, they didn't have a size for me and we guess, so it was too small =/ But I drove out there and was able to exchange it for one that fit in the store. It was such a relief! I usually do rps with my friends on aim or by email and stuff. I'll do pretty much anything as long as it's fun :D The wedding was really really low key. The ceremony didn't even last more than ten minutes, which was good because the shoes I wore hurt like hell to stand there in ;_; But it was over really quick and then everyone ate and got drunk. Nobody even cut the cake. My mom and I had to do it and then nobody ate it! It was really just an excuse for a big party more than anything. @white2fire - Thanks. We have fun with him. He's a big puppy when he turns into a werewolf. Rolling around int he dirt and playing with sticks XD |
@cuppycake: *munches on brownie* did what? I can give you a cookie in return...or cake.
@For-Chan: lol very funny and cute. |
but but I wants me brownie
|
@White: Yeah, I know, right? XD
@Blakeney: ...Wow, 90 pounds is VERY light, in my opinion. A bit too light. I think 110 pounds is the best weight. (under normal height standards, that is) Whenever I go to a wedding, I just sit there at the tables below and clap along with the rest of the people and eating, so I've never had any experience with being actually a part of it. ^^; |
I got so nervous at my sisters wedding that I laughed when ever I had to talk
|
@cuppycake: Ummm....*gives back brownie* there's only half left.
I haven't been to any wedding yet. Don't really want to either. Seems boring for me. |
just eat it
|
I like weddings...their food is (for the most part) good and I get to see the pretty bride and groom. :P
|
@cuppycake: YAY! *finishes brownie* I'll make some cake. *starts humming*
|
The food wasn't that great at the wedding. The groom's mom and family made it and it was ok at best. And the cake tasted like they got it from a grocery store and the decorating on the cake was really crappy. And they got it from a bakery someone we went to school with owns! D:
|
Oh. D:
The food we had at the weddings I went to were usually made by five-star hotels/restaurants, so...>.>;; Oooh. One of my fav videos ever. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqNtEQoyryA |
@Sefirosu: OMG! That's so funny and well done. XD
Then I watched this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lysNlPZg9JI&feature=fvw |
Yeah. It's totally awesome and I fell off my chair during the first time I saw that. xD
You should check out the response for the video too if you haven't already. ;) |
@Fading - That's amusing. I love when people make videos like that.

Cookie dearest: Good God! Hey at least you got to exchange yours. The store we went to had a No Refunds/No Exchanges policy, so if I wanna get a new dress, I have to pay $50 for a new one - money that I don't have because whatever's in my bank account is going to my school. Hey, I wouldn't mind a big party, but I can't believe people would actually leave the cake alone ;__; That's a shame!
Sephy: Quite light, BUT the problem is I'm shorter than normal people. Not midget-short, I'm actually taller than them, just that I haven't reached 5feet and I never will, even though I'm 20. I've been at my current height for ten years now, so most of my shoes have heels. My ideal weight is 115, but stupid BMI calculators keep telling me 90 is when I'm gonna be "healthy." Normal weddings I go to contain people that I don't even know. This is the first in ten years that I've actually been a part of one. P.S. I saw that "Hey Sephy!" video sometime last week. Makes me miss my FF-fangirl days. In general to everyone: For a wedding, do you guys prefer buffet or table service? |
@Mar-Mar - Yeah, I got lucky. I thought they weren't going to let me exchange it, but they did. I can't believe they won't even let you exchange it. No refunds I can understand, but no exchanges is stupid.
I'm not really a big party person. People were really just there to eat and get falling down drunk. Not my idea of a good time at all. |
pain killers don't like me at all today
|
For those who know Yu-Gi-Oh!: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOf_c...eature=related
@Blakeney: Wow, really? D: That's scary D: I can't imagine myself being 90lb...I'd be all skin and bones o__o;; Haha...I'm still in my fan-mode for FFVII, but not as insane as I was a year ago. I did buy this figure of Sephiroth a few weeks ago though that costed me NT$5850...nearly my entire month's pay xD I prefer table service because I'm lazy, but buffet's also good. I haven't had a buffet in a while though... I've never gotten drunk before, even after over seven (tiny) glasses of brandy + three (giant) mugs of beer and some fruit wine. I keep wondering what it's like to get drunk ._.; |
Cookie dearest: Yeah they won't let me exchange it >: ( Pisses me off, so I'm like, eff this, the wedding isn't even mine so why should I bother? I hate my family anyway (I'm the black sheep of the family 'coz I'm the runt so I do everything that they hate just to not be a part of it, plus I'm pretty much left outta everything).
So the wedding wasn't really a wedding but it just had a wedding inserted in the party, I take it? Sephy/Fading: I figure I'd be skin and bones too but I have this issue with low self-esteem. Okay here's the story on why I really wanna get thin anyway. In June, when I was vacationing on the East Coast, this lil girl (7 years old) who I assume to be my step cousin because it's my stepdad's cousin's daughter kept railing on me on how I'm fat (and yet her dad told me and my mom that all she eats is junk food/fast food). So I got REALLY upset and pissy on that. YESTERDAY I had that 2 hour walk with my mom and we went to Staples. I got approached by this 5-7 year old kid asking me, "Are you big?". I simply told him, "you know what? You're the second kid that asked me that. And that's just very rude." I walked away, but I was itching to punch him because of it. $5850 for a Sephy figure? Pics, please, and what is it made of that makes it so expensive?! I've never gotten drunk before, although I did have a bottle of wine cooler last Christmas Eve ('coz it was there and heck, it was Christams Eve, why not?) |
@Fading - I never get drunk either! But that's because I don't drink. I'm well passed the legal age, I just don't like alcohol and sometimes it triggers migraines for me, so I don't even bother. =P
@Mar-Mar - *huggles* I'm sorry it's turning out a disaster for you. It was a wedding, but it wasn't super formal or anything. We had the wedding in a hall and as soon as the vows were said, everyone just got up and ate and drank. And after everyone ate and drank, they left. Some people danced. Most people just got drunk. |
Cookie dearest: *hugs back* I wish you had fun at the hall though. Seriously, don't worry about me, it's not even my wedding. When I do decide to get married, then you can worry.
|
Still, you seem to be getting a lot of crap over it and that's no fun. =/
|
no one loves me any more T_T
|
@cuppycake: I love you! :hug:
|
white-I love you too
