And if its way hot it takes me longer cuz I stop and sit in the shade to cool down a bit. Chey: I know! Plus I hate saving my legs EVERY two days... So sometimes they stubbley. |

When you sweat like that, it's not just water coming out of your body. You drain electrolytes as well, which help keep your system functioning. That is why sports drinks like gatorade have sodium, potassium, etc. |
