Ok I'm really sorry for not explaining what I was doing here. Anyway I guess what we're gonna do is that either we're going to make up our own characters or act as our Menewshan avatars (basically how we act as ourselves posting in a random forum topic). Based on who we all have posting as regulars here I'm not sure whether in the roleplay thread that we're all gonna know each other off the bat or not, because we're also trying to lure in new people that don't post in this thread as well.

Since we're talking about food like nearly 24/7 here as well as a supposed name change, we just decided to make a restaurant/cafe-type RP. Now I've gone through every single one of our food suggestions from last night's conversation and I've compiled them together so far. Cookie wants to keep it simple (and I wholeheartedly agree with that!) because we've got so many flavors and possible specials of the week, I definitely think we're going to be able to rotate our menu every so often...that way we won't have so much clutter on the menu!

To do this, I was wondering if I should just create a new poll every week of the thread asking what "theme" of the menu's flavor/specials of the week should be and I'll just create some gourmet food titles based off of that as well as people's preferences (vegetarian, carnivore, omnivore, sweet-tooth, etc.)

This thread is basically our normal-conversational thread like it is as always, but in the roleplay, we're gonna pretend not to be ourselves and we're gonna be living in our own virtual world.

Does it make sense?

*nods* I think the more complicated we make things, the less it appeals because you quickly get bogged down in the details. I'm not really sure how everyone wants to handle the RP aspect. I guess just create a character and jump in? I don't know how these mutliplayer rps go.

Yeah I think the original idea was to just get into a new RP because we felt like it but haven't found any good topics we liked, so I think we'll all be making new characters.
