Because my dad came and brought his "new family". So his wife and her kids were there and you can never just relax around that mean woman. She cock blocks most conversation and everyone sits around kind of staring at each other or taking about stupid crap.

Yes Wifey! It was so big. It's got ground beef and ground veal (a silly and expensive choice on my brother's part, but he was paying, so whatever) portabella mushrooms, and spinach in it. Lots of cheese and it has a cheesy bechamel sauce on top too! So cheese and full of yummy stuff!

Thanks Kiako. I've pretty much come to expect that though. I'd rather hang out with just my dad, but he just keeps throwing those people at us. It's awkward for the kids too. They've got them trained to hug us and it's awkward. It's two boys. One's 15-16 and the other one a few years younger than that.

Well, my mom was super naggy as well, so he went from naggy and crazy to naggy and Columbian and the Columbian bit is sort of crazy anyway!

I just realized that I forgot the spices that I took over to my brother's place. Ah well. We have plenty of doubles of Italian seasoning and garlic powder here.

@Kiako - I feel bad for her kids cause she's a strange mom. But yeah, everyone has their own screwed up family situation to deal with. Mine could be worse, but as it was we had to make a cover story to feed my mom so she wouldn't' know what we were doing. She flips out if she finds out you talked to or saw my dad.

@Kiako - We're like secret agents...sometimes our cover stories work and sometimes not. Tonight's story worked ^_^;

I have to say, the lasagna was a lot better the second time around than it was fresh out of the oven. I used no boil lasagna noodles and they were a bit too al dente when we ate....might have had something to do with me burning the top layer of noodled when I baked it. I had to replace that layer and put on a fresh one and cover it in the bechamel sauce on the fly >_>

Cookie: Well, at least it worked. Its sad that it has to happen at all though =/

WiFi: I think (as much as I hate the idea of going back on my sleeping pills and anxiety meds and anti-depressants) I might really need to. I don't think my body likes being pushed to its limits of working with next to no sleep all the time. =/
