Ebony slept peacefully on Ivan's chest. She smiled in her sleep and sighed. What a perfect day and what a perfect dream. If only everythng could be this easy. She thought in her dream as she walked with Ivan to the glowing palace on the bech next to the ocean. Nothing cam be more perfect....

since the battle for doinance had finally been eased to some point, I figured thinking about it to much would give me a headache. Yuuki seems to be done with eating so I guess we are going home when she says so...
the battle is over isnt it?
''I guess so, I am going to give the forest her water, Yuuki, you go on ahead.'' I flied up and made it rain using hard but none the less useful water bending, soon the rain was pouring down covering the whole forest. I flied back to my simple made of wood home where yuuki already was sleeping, but still holding her guard. I smiled and went inside so make something out of all the stuff I had gathered.

Heaven

Ivan smiled and watch Ebony sleep, everthing was perfect. He stroked her head gently and kissed her head. He hoped that this moment would never end, it was just to perfect. But he knew that it wasn't going to last, it was all going ot change when he went back to the werewolf city and they found out what there prince has been doing.

Ebony smiled as she began to wake and gave a small yawn. She opened her eyes slowy and looked at Ivan and smiled. She sighed happily and kissed his cheek. She knew some how, that right now Ivan didn't want to go to his city. But where else could they go? They had already tried and failed at finding her uncle. And now if she even stepped foot in that village she be killed before she could go farther. And she could only imagine that Ivan was going to have a hard time with being a prince, so why not focuse on his problems for now and come back to hers later? It only made sense. "We should go to your city... I think that we should give my past a rest... And I want to see your people. I had studied a map and a few books before about them it sounds so... Wonderful." she said her eyes glowing in wonder and hope.

Ivan looked at her and sighed softly when he saw teh wonder in her eyes. He knew everything about her past and people but she knew nothing about his people. So it was only fair that she wanted to learn more about his people and past. "okay, but I must warn you that my kind dont take kindly to meting strangers at first." he said as he looked at her and kissed her head.

Ebony flashed him a smile and hugged him happily. "Im pretty sure I can handle it. I did get attacked more than ounce by towns people and survived to tell the tale. But then again thats because I have you." she said smiling warmly and kissed him softly.

Ivan smiled and kissed her back. "and I will make sure that they wont' hurt you." he said as he looked at her lovingly. He would make sure that nothing happend to her even if it made his people hate him

Ebony smiled and picked up his clothes and threw them at him playfully. She looked at her shirt ounce she had her pants on and sighed. She had cut it for her wings to come threw but now that she didn't have wings it just looked shredded. She got an idea and took a dagger and cut off the back completely leaving only the neck hole and the bottom so it was whole in the front and bare in the back except for a strip around her neck and a strip below her stomack. She smiled and pulled it on. Then she strapped her sword to her back and looked at Ivan happily. "Ready?"

Ivan smiled and quickly put his clothing on. Then he looked at her, she looked beautifull now in that shirt now. He wrapped a arm her waist and kissed her head "yeah ready." he said happly and started to lead her deeper into the forest. When they reached what looked like a rock wall Ivan smiled and howled a sharp high note. THen the wall seemed to dissappear and instead a enterence to a town appeared "welcome to my home." he said as he looked at her.

Ebony's eyes sparkled with wonder as she marvelled at the spectical. As they stepped through the entrance she grabbed Ivan's hand quickly. She didn't want to be aspirated and she really needed him. The way he had spoken about his people frightened her just a little. Apollo brushed her free hand trying to give her curage as she walked with Ivan. She trusted him completely and prayed that she wouldn't bring any trouble to them.

Ivan smiled and kissed her head, he was happy to be home with his love. The town was amaazing, everyone was running around and some of them where in wolf forms, half wolf forms and human forms. It seemed like a lot was going on, that is till they came in. Instantly everything stoped and everyone looked. SOme glared when they saw Ebony but then softend when they saw there hands. Ivan smiled and continued to walk towards the palace which was at the center of the city.

Ebony wrapped herself around Ivan's arm slightly afraid of the wolves. She knew she shouldn't be afriad but it was hard not to be. She smiled though and nodded to those who would acknowledge her now and agian. She stared in amazement as they got closer to the huge moonstone castle. It was extremely beautiful. And she felt the hair on her neck stand on end. Something just wasn't right... Something was different... She hightened her senses taking in the smells, and noises of over a mile in any direction. "Someone's watching us...." she whispered in Ivans ear and shuddered slightly a cold chill running down her back.

Ivan growled softly then kissed her head, "hardly anyone dares to attack the prince so maybe we dont have to worry." he said but knew that it wasn't completely true. "just stay close." he said as they walked and soon stoped infront of the gate to the palace. THe guards looked at Ivan then at Ebony "is she with you, my lord?" they asked as they looked at Ivan and he nodded. "yes, she is with me and will always be." they nodded and raised the gate. Ivan smiled and headed into the palace.

Ebony blushed deeply at Ivan's words and was silent as she clung to him. She was amazed at the sight of the gate but now in the courtyard she marveled at the sculture in the middle of the grass. Two wolves, mates, standing by eachother in their regal glory. Ebony stared in awe and consenteation as she studied the beautiful sculpture. She noticed a tribal tattoo branded intotje wolves flesh. They matched eachothers and she couldn't help but ask Ivan what they ment.

Ivan smiled when he saw how Ebony was looking around and saw how she looked at the tattoo. "it is the sign that say that they are mates and will forever be bound to each other." he said and kissed her head. THe tattoo was put on them when they where married, he could hardly wait for that day.

Ebony smiled and looked into Ivan's eyes. "If only we could be so lucky... But I'm afraid that two races being married.... Won't go down to well..." she said quietly but she wanted nothing more than to be bound to Ivan for eternity. And right now, it was all she wanted.

Ivan smiled and kissed her cheek as they entered the palace. "dont worry, if they won't let us I still have a card that I can play." he whispered to her happly. BUt right as he finished a woman came running up. "where on earth have you been? the whole kingdom has been worryed sick" she yelled then saw Ebony "and who might you be?" she asked as she almost glared at her.

Ebony was startled by the women's sudden appearence but met the women's gaze bravely. "I am Ebony... Ebony Black." she said not sure if she was in trouble. But by the look the women was giving her she could tell the women wasn't happy. She looked at Ivan and summoned up her courage. "Im in love with Ivan." she said simply stating why she was here in the werewolf castle and not being a werewolf herself.

The woman growled when she said her name but stop when she said she was in love. Instead her jaw droped and she looked at Ivan. "so is this where you ahve been for the past few years." she said and disgust was in her voice. Ivan sighed and nodded "yes, but I have done other stuff to, Molly." he said and spoke her name with care. Molly glared at Ebony then at Ivan "the king and queen aren't going to be happy, neither am I." she said then stormed off down the hall. The king and queen wheren't his real parents, they had just adpoted him when he was first turned into a werewolf so that they could teach him. Mollu had been the one that the king and queen had hoped for him to marry.

Ebony looked at Ivan questioningly and asked,"Who was she?" she wondered maybe if that Molly had been a servant or.... Worse... His future fiancé.... Ebony couldn't stand the thought of anyone else getting her wonderful man. He was all hers.

"she was the person the king and queen had hoped that I would marry. BUt as you can see my heart only belongs to you." he said as he wrapped a arm around Ebonys waist and kissed her head. He never had liked Molly but she had fallen for him a while ago.

Ebony looked at him confused when he said king and queen. "Aren't they your parents? You called them king and queen." She said questioningly and looked into his eyes. Seeing the truth in them she said,"They aren't your parents are they." she didn't ask she knew. Just looking into those beautiful windows to his soul.

Ivan nodded "yeah your right, they aren't." he said softly "they where the people who adopted me after they killed my parents to get to me. They where really nice but nothing like how I remember my real parents." he said softly as he remembered his parents, then also the day that they died and he lived.

"Im so sorry....." she said quietly. Both of us lost our parents.... Did someone have this horrible planned for us long ago?if only I couldve helped him... Then we couldve been together sooner.... And then we couldve been able to hunt down and kill those vampires before they wouldve hurt anybody. But someone ruined it for us.
