Ivan smiled and kissed her head every now and then, telling her htat he was there. He didn't want to picture how scared she was right now after what had happend and he was going to make sure that nothing like that happend again. He stayed on high alert for any sound or sent of werewolf. If anyone of them came out he would n't hesitate to attack them.

Soon Ebony was almost perfectly fine walking here. She even managed to smile asIvan kissed her head. She sighed and didn't feel as afraid anymore. It wasn't going to happen again and she knew it. She was enjoying the feel of the soft grass under her feet. Ebony sighed saying,"The grass is really soft.... I actually feel really comfortable with no shoes.... I wonder if that's my old elf comming threw..." she whispered trying to start up a conversation for the silence was the scarest thing right now. She needed to here Ivan's voice.

Ivan smiled "maybe, but to me you will always be the same person I love." he said as they walked. It was a out and so far nothing had happend. So Ivan was starting to relax little by little. "but before we start our trip do you want to try looking for your uncle again?" he asked since he knew she probabaly still wanted to find him.

Ebony blushed as she thought about it. "Do you think we could find him? Do you think he'll even talk to us?" she said feeling there wasn't any hope after her frenzy. She wished she had been able to control herself but of course she wasn't strong enough...

Ivan smiled and kissed her head. "I know that we can find him." he said happly as he looked at her and smiled. "and I am sure he will want to talk to you since he would probabaly like to know that your alive." he said as he looked at her. Everything was fine now and he knew that her uncel would like to see her.

"He pobibly doesn't remember me..." she said wuiety and gasped as she was thrown into a memory.

She stood before her mother, father, and uncle. He looked down at her in discust as she looked up at him for help. "Angel, no! I forbid you to go with that werewolf cub again!" her mother said. "But mother-" "But nothing Angel! Look at you! He hurt you! You were lucky you didn't break your arm falling out of that tree!" he father said angerily. "It wasn't his fault I got scared!" she argued. "Tell them they're being unfare uncle! Please tell them...." she begged on the verge of tears. "Angel, you were stupid enough to go out without permmission and got hurt. You were being stupid! And you were disobeying your parents! You should be whipped for your punishment if you were my daughter!" he said and hate flashed in his eyes. And her parents agreed to whip her soon after. And Angel swore she would never disobey again.

Ebony shuddered as she found herself standing with Ivan again. She was crying and she hadn't known it. "I don't think he'll wan to see me..."

Ivan stoped when he saw her crying and wrapped his arms around her. "why do you say that?" he asked as he gently whipped her tears away. He knew that if he had a real uncle they would want to see him but he knew that he had no family... well atleast no biological family alive.

"I saw another memory.... He hated me.... He wantedto whip me all the time... And he wanted to have the thrown for himself.... But my parents wouldn't believe me... And they listened to him." she sobbed and touched her cheek still feeling the sting of the mercyless lashing she had gotten. She felt horrible. She didn't want to see him again... Not after what he had done to her...

Ivan growled softly and held her close. "then maybe not seeing him is a good thing." he said softly. If he sees her uncle he would probabaly hurt him for all that he did to her. He gently layed his hand on her cheek and stroked it with his humb. "I think not seeing him is a great idea." he said as he looked at her.

Alexia gave the werewolf a scared look. "That's not it at all you see I was at that dinner thing when that happened his scent must have lingered. Please please I swear." She said as she got into a scared looking defencive position incase they attacked.

The guard looked at her and then sighed, "fine, fine, if you say you have nothing to do with them. But if your lieing you will regreat it." he said as he looked at her.

Her eyes showed that she was telling the truth about the scent and she didn't smirk or anything, she didn't even sound like she was crying. She looked at the werewolf and gave him a curious look. "Have the king and queen found the new heir to the throne?" She asked with pure curiousity in her voice.

The werewolf sighed and shook his head "nope, they are still looking and they can't find anyone who will do as the werewolf king. It seems like Ivan was almost picked just to do that." he said as he looked at her.

Alexia shrugged and sighed sadly. She was almost relieved that if the kingdom was forced to end she would have the forest almost to herself, but she was sad for them and knew that the forest relied on them. She started to walk off and looked at the gaurd she had talked to. She wasn't sure if he was sad or if the kingdom needed help badly.

Ebony looked at him and then thought about all the evil and harm her wonderful people had gone through without a leader. The magical creatures were now separated fromthe humans when they usedto get along and marry and do everything together. All because there was no on there to being back the peace.... "No.... I have to go.... Things have got to change... I have to stop running from everything.... When I was kidnapped everything fell into chaos..... We need a leader again to bring everyone back together.... And if my uncle won't do it I will...." she said bravely wiping away her tears.

Ivan smiled and kissed her head, "now that is my girl." he said and kissed her head again. He had been wondering where the strong and brave girl he met first went off to. THe girl who could take down a man three times her size and walk away without a scratch. "now then how about if we go and get thing straight with our people." he said as he looked at her happly.

The guard sighed and watched her go, he had no desire to go back to the kingdom. It was caouse there without Ivan and he knew that soon the kingdom will fall. He then looked at Alexia "would you mind If I came with you to where ever your going?"

Ebony's eyes hardened and she shook her head. "No. Not yet.... I need to train myself... I need to be as strong as I used to be.... Wings or no wings.... Powers or no powers. I need to be stronger... I've changed.... And I want my old self back." she said her eyes dancing with the old flame of courage and strength. She wanted this more than anything. She wanted to be Ebony again.

Alexia shrugged. "I'm not leaving I live here so there might not really be any point." She said with an annoyed tone in her voice.

The guard laughed slightly "not leaving well if I where you I would, this place id going to go to pieces in a few days." he said and slowly let himself turn back into his human form. He had dark brown hair that was cut army short and he only woar pants. "but that is only my suggestion."

Ivan smiled at her and kissed her head "and I will help you any way I can." he said and he would. He wanted to see the girl he had fallen in love with at first. He wanted to see her whip his but in a fight he wanted to see her as she use to be.

Alexia smirked, she had a solution to keep her home alive. "Take me to the King and Queen." She said almost defiantly. She knew that it was demanding but she wasn't one to lolligag about her territory.

The guard was shocked but then looked at her seriously "are you sure?"

She nodded, she had to do something to save her forest without getting involved. "Yes take me now."

Ebony smiled and nodded. She then began working the whole day with Ivan training until she was covered in sweat and still asking for more. She felt exillerated knowing she was getting closer to finishing the bridge that had collasped when she had been captured by the vampires again. She threw herself at Ivan pounching and kicking faster and faster. And then she began to glow slightly. She was faster than she ever had been. Stronger, swifter, smarter, and she felt the warrioress awaken with in her. She took Ivan down and pinned him to the ground and growled smiling. "Got ya."
