Ebony walked through the rest of the house slowly wondering what had set off her instincts. She looked out the window curiously and walked to the door. She opened it but no one was there. Confused she started making her way back to the bedroom whenshe herd a knock at the door. Perplexed Ebony walked to the door and opened it slightly. A man smacked the door into her, spending her stumbling backwords. She hissed at him as he took out a magic dagger and swiped at her. She dodged it easily and grabbed his arm. She threw him into the wall and tensed crouching into a pouncing position. The man stood and she pounced. She knocked him down and he cut her thigh and she kicked him off sending him crashing threw the coffee table. She jumped on him and pounched him until he was practically senseless and held his own dagger to his throat. "Why are you here!" she demanded. "I was sent... To kill you...." the man managed being choked. "Who sent you?!" she demanded and dug her nails into his skin. She slaked his head against the ground and growled,"Who sent you?!" the man began crying and began spewing out his info. "The queen sent me... To kill you... I followed that shifter thing here.... It was easy... And all I had to do was lure you away.... But you beat me... Please don't kill me! Please! O was just doing my job!" he begged. She picked him up by his throat and looked into his eyes as hers were now yellow wolf eyes. Her horns, halo, and claws had come while she was fighting and she looked like the mutant she truely was. "Ill let Ivan deside...." she said and threw him into the wall paralizing him. "Ivan, we have a visitor..." Ebony called and examined the dagger as she did.

Ivan sighed and nodded, "lets talk to Ebony about this." he hsaid after he heard her and pulled on his pants. He took Alexias wrist and walked to the door. "actually we have two." he said as he pointed at Alexia. He sighed wishing that his parents could just leave him alone. He had no plans of going back or leting them kill Ebony.

Alexia looked sheepishly at Ebony and wanted nothing more than to just run. She was hoping that it could stay a secret between her and Ivan since it required that she kill Ebony. She waved slightly and put her head below her shoulders. She looked at the man that was in the house and gave him a curious look.

Ebony flashed a smile at the girl and waved slightly her real self showing through slightly. She then turned to the man and threw the dagger missing his head by mere inches and said,"Tell them." He shook and looked at the others and kneeled at Ivan's feet. "Please. Please. Prince have mercy. This girl... she's crazed! Demented! She almost killed me! I did nothing I sware!" he pleaded and Ebony growled and her tail thrashed. "Tell him what you told me or I will kill you!" she growled. She smiled as he flinched and crossed her arms. "The queen... She ordered me to follow the shifter.... And all I had t do while she had your attention was lead... This Demon... out in the open and kill her.... Please! Spare me!" he said sobbing at Ivan's feet. "I saw we kill him." EBony said simply and touched the cut on her thigh. "This cut smarts." she said and looked at Ivan. SLowly her eyes returned normal and her tail and wings went back into her body.

Ivan sighed and let got of Alexia and then did the most unprince like thing in the world. He kicked the man in the groin. "that is for trying to kill her and saying she is a demon." he growled then wrapped a arm around her. THen looked at Alexia "we will figure out a way to keep your forest but none of you are going to harm a hair on her head." he said a she looked at them. "now, tell me exactly what the queen said." he said now that he was Ebony, sh eshould know everything to.

Alexia looked at Palmoun with fear in her eyes after she saw that he wasn't going to spare her if she did one thing wrong. "I'm sorry that I made the pact I was sorry before I even made it. I do not wish to harm a hair on her head and I do not wish hurt you, mentally or physically, either of you. I must say that I must atleast make a resonable plan to trick the queen if you will go through with it," She said hoping to get off the subject of what the queen had said.

Ebony turned her gaze to Alexia and tilted her head slightly. She looked at the girl questioningly and the horns slowly sank back into her head and the halo dissappeared. "Why don't you want to tell me? I'm not going to hurt you.... He desurved to be hurt... He was trying to kill me. I won't hurt you." Ebony said kindly and smiled warmly. She kissed Ivan's cheek and whispered in his ear,"I think we should send him back to your parents.... With a little message and a few brused ribs or something... Just to get the point across... They don't seem to be listening to our words..." Ebony then kissed his ear softly and looked back at Alexia. "You don't have anything to worry about. You can tell me." she said sweetly and smiled.

Alexia looked down and in a quieter voice than before she started to mumble than in the same tone she said clearly. "I made a pact with the queen and king that I would bring Ivan back at any cost. Even kill you. I don't want to you have been so kind but they will kill me before you if I don't. I don't want to but I have to or something to save my forest and my life." She said tightening her muscles incase she was attacked for saying this and wincing preparing for the pain that was to come.

Ebony looked at the girl understandingly and smiled. "Its fine... I'm not angry... We just have to think smarter then the royals..." Ebony said lightly and quickly walked to the bedroom and grabbed Ivan's shirt and tossed it on. She buttoned it up as she walked back in the room. She noticed the man trying to go for the dagger and pounced on him. He grabbed the dagger and thrusted it into her thigh and she returned the blow with a sickening snap of his neck. She stood and clenched her teeth pulling out the dagger. "Ugh... Not how I pictured my wedding night..." she said quietly and consentrated closing her eyes. Slowly the wound began to heal until it was a minor cut and then she couldn't heal herself any more. She ripped part of the curtain and wrapped the cut and walked back over to Ivan seeing his face. She kissed his cheek and smiled. "Im fine."

Ivan sighed and kissed Ebony back, he loved and yet hated it when she did things like that. He always thought about how he could lose her that way and yet she looked absolutely radiant and beautiull. He wrapped a arm around her and looked at Alexia, "Ebony is right." he said as he looked at her. "we just have to figure out a way to make them see the light of things."

Alexia looked down again. "But what should I do if they go after me?" She said knowing that she wasn't to stay long so they could return to their "business".

Ebony blushed feeling she had an idea of what Alexia was thinking. She had after had found them naked. "What could we do?.... Ebony said and paced. She had to think hard. What could they do for them to see the light of things? "Maybe..... Maybe..... No... You wont let me though...." She said and looked at Ivan. She knew doing such things scared him.

Alexia gave a questioning look at Ebony when she stopped mid sentence.

Ivan sighed and looked at her "tell me your side and then I will see if I will allow it." he said as he looked at Ebony. He didn't want anything to happen to her and had already thought of a few other ways but none that he was happy about.

"Well.... They don't like me.... But they aren't scared of me..." she said and looked at him. "What if they saw me? the real me?" she said quietly and looked at him questioningly. "Maybe I can get their attention that way.... And maybe even believe what we say." she said quietly. He's not going to like this idea....

Ivan sighed and shook his head "no, I dont like it." he said soflty then looked at them. "but it is either that or kill both the king and queen and put someone else incharge." he said as he looked at them. THey didn't have many good choices but they had to pick one and hers doesn't invlove killing anyone so the might have to do that even though he hated it.

Alexia had an idea but stopped before she said the plan and waited to be called on.

Ebony smiled at Alexia's quietness and looked at her. "Do you have an idea Alexia? We need all the ideas we can get." she said sweetly. She was open to anything. She wasnted to end this and spend her life with Ivan.

"I was thinking that we could say that you have been killed and Ivan return than we could "kill" Ivan and you can live peacefully but by than we will find another to take the throne." She said hoping that it would work.

Ivan thought for a secon then nodded "that sound like the best plan that we can come up with right now, what do you think." he asked as he looked at Ebony. He was fine with it but he wanted her oppinion on it.

"Okay..... I can lay low... Act dead.." she said and nodded. Personally she hated the idea. she didnt want Ivan to go there.... What i Alexia crossed them? She would be hiding while he died... She couldn't llive with herself it that happened.

Alexia let her face go truthful. "Do not worry Ebony it goes against myself to kill in cold blood."

"Oh I know... Im not worried about you killing... But his parents..." she said and forced on a smile she wanted to show that she wasn't afraid. She had to be strong for Ivan. He deserved as much and more from her and she was going to do it all. Or die trying...

Ivan walked over to her and wrapped a arm raound Ebony. "dont worry, I will be carefull" he whispered into her ear and kissed it. "I promise that I will come back to you, no matter waht." he said with a smile and ment it. He would come back to her even if he died.
