September 2009 CI Set: What do ->YOU<- think it is going to be?
 

Everybody, check your calendars! We have roughly a week left before 2009's September CI set comes out. So, if you haven't gotten your hands on August's fabulous set, you should soon.

In anticipation of September's contribution items coming out, I would like to ask the Menewsha userbase what they predict the set will consist of?

Personally, I think that infamous red hula hoop needs to come out. I think the staff have taken it hostage. But besides that? I am always up for a animal based items, or even myth based.

September 2007 and 2008 sets consisted of weapons, however, so I wonder if the Menewsha staff and development team will keep up this seemingly trend...What do you think?

XD I think far too many of the sets have been weapons for us to make the assumption that the same month two years in a row is a trend.

Personally, I'm hoping it's not weapons. Maybe one weapon in a mostly weaponless set, but there are few weapons that could come out now that I'd be excited about. Maybe a whip.

We just did an animal based set this month, so that probably won't be it.

You know, when the red hula hoop does come out (perhaps as part of a much larger set), a small group of Menewshans will be thrilled and amused, and the rest of the population will just be confused.

I'm hoping for something that has wings...likes, butterfly wings, bird wings, bat wings, alien wings, bizarre wings, etc...xD

More weapons and armory would also be welcomed, since I'm a weapons fan and love things that have armor and something lethal in it included.

And I have no idea what the hula hoop thing is about o_O;

I personally hope it's a Zodiac one. I don't know why it'd be in september, but it'd be so cool

I am predicting that

-one item is going to be a giant Horseshoe that is either going to look like it got "thrown" either around your neck, upper body, or head. you can also hold it in your hands or over the shoulder, stand on it or have it in the background as a "lucky glowing horseshoe".

-the other item is going to be Sticky Honey!!
you either get completely covered in honey, or just on your face. you can also hold a honey pot and have the other hand sticky with honey. there will also be an option of a swarm of bees attacking you.

well...to be honest I'm hoping for something unique, like maybe razor claws or a unicorn horn or something ^^

Those would probably need to be in a bigger set.

A unicorn set could be fun, with the horn, some fancy hair (long, white, flowing, and shimmery), maybe some clothing items. /ponders/

Although I also do have some feeling that there might be something weapon-based, or at least something weapon-like this time around. ^^;;

I wouldn't mind something Autumn-oriented, since, I dunno, it's almost autumn? xDD;;
Although I doubt that will come this month, since Mene CI's don't follow seasons, as far as I know. =O

And the unicorn idea I would love.

It is true about the weapons though. I would personally like to sort of get away from that for a while and have more accessory like usable items.
But I dunno. xD

They are hiding... they'll be delayed by a bit. Our pixelists had a bad month. One has spent some time in the hospital and the other is on medical leave. Hopefully the delay will not be by much, but we'll have a bit of something special to compensate.
