Quite a few things, being a shop-a-holic, she equates giving you stuff to love. So she always showers us in a lot of stuff we end up never using. I still have last year's Christmas presents sitting around my room completely unused. =/ Personally, I'd rather she get to know us and give us like

I'm actually making spaghetti right now. ^_^

Mom bought these really thick steaks and we needed to cook them. Someone left the grill open, so the grills are all rusty and full of char, so we decided to broil the steaks. They came out really good :drool: Of course, the rice I made was failtacular >_< My mom buys cheap rice and I always get a wet stick blob instead of rice. I cooked jasmine rice the other day and it came out perfect! I'm convinced it's the cheap crappy rice my mom buys that makes me fail at rice. x_x
