Vanna saw Isabella, "It's alright." She looked towads Delvin, "Hello. Nice to meet you Delvin."
|
"Nice to meet you to Vanna," Richard said, "Yep, me and Cindy are a couple of lovebirds." He heard Alex and answered her, "Hello, need anything to eat?"
|
"Nah I'm good."Alex said with a thumbs up.
|
Cindy hugged Richard's arm as he said lovebirds. "Do you want to hang out today after you get out of work? We could go to my place and I could try cooking for you for a change." She asked Richard smiling.
Vanna nodded at Richard and went back to looking out the window. She decided to go outside and sit at a table out there. She enjoyed being outside more than inside. Vanna took a nice long deep breath smelling the autumnal air. 'Perfect' she thought to herself and stared at the sky. |
It's Sunday, and it's officially
Week 2 Day 5 in Wallflower World! |
[ Anyone on for some drama? :'D ]
|
((Drama??))
|
[ x3 Well I'm sure Mari's story is quite obvious so not much drama yet, but something something. ]
|
((Ohh. Hmm. Start the drama then. xD))
|
It had been a few days since Mari had been at the cafe to visit, which may of been odd if she wasn't only there for two days. Sometimes her thoughts would linger off and wonder if anyone would notice she was missing. She doubted it. However, she would come back whether she was missed or not. She had felt safe there, even if she wasn't. Pacing the streets, today she had been hiding herself withing a male's hoodie and a pair of black skinny jeans. Her feet covered with a pair of flats and black socks hiding most spots of her skin. Her bushy hair had found itself pushed against the sides of her face and neck, and a pair of thick sun glasses covered most of her upper face. Upon entering the cafe after days of absence, she had sat at a corner table and pulled out a thin wallet. Her hands were covered by the hoodie's sleeves as they clung around the small piece of leather. |
"Vanna come inside" Cindy said as she saw her sister sit down outside while it was very cold out and seemed like it was going to snow. Not seeing Alex anywhere around she decided to take up a bit the slack. She hoped Cookie wouldn't mind. She wasnt working, she was just helping, volunteering per-say. "Hello. Anything I can get for you", she said looking at the girl with the giant sweat shirt on.
Vanna walked into the cafe quite mad that Cindy had made her come inside since it was a little chilly outside. |
The woman's body had jumped. Her hidden hand flew to her chest as she looked at the woman through shaded lenses. She couldn't recall if she had seen her before, but it seemed she worked here as well. "Co-co-coffee, please, any kind." At least this time she'd have the cash for it. |
"Okie Dokie, it'll be right out." 'Maybe the coffee will relax her nerves a bit' Cindy ran off to the kitchen hoping no one would kill her for this and made a quick coffee with sugar and some milk. Hurrying out of the kitchen before anyone came in. "Here you go. Hope you enjoy, do you mind if I sit with you?" Cindy asked
Vanna sat at the window, looking outside the lightly falling snow. |
Mari's eyes dropped when the woman walked off to get her coffee. She had seemed to leave and come back in a matter of moments with her coffee, giving her another surprise. Taking the coffee mug's handle in one sleeved hand, she brought it shakily to her lips to take a sip. The woman's offer to sit with her couldn't be denied and she nervously nodded her head. "How mu-much for the dri-drink?" |
"Thanks.. the coffee is about... uh. I'm not sure" Cindy goes to check. "It's $1.50." Cindy smiles. "So what's your name?"
Vanna turned her chair sideways so that she could look out the widow more easily. |
Alex came strolling in grabbed her apron and walked out front she peaked over to where she heard Cindy and looked the person who she was talking to the once over. After a moment she noticed that it was Mari. Alex ninjaed her way towards them. She got to the end of the table Mari was sitting at with the utmost silence."Hey Mari and Cindy want a scone or something."
|
"Sure Alex." Cindy walked over to Alex, "Hey, you weren't around so I served Mari some coffee, hoping to slow down her nerves, here's the money for the coffee, I went behind the counter and stuff, but I would have felt utterly horrible if I had opened the register too." She handed Alex the money. Cindy shrugged with an unsure smile on her face.
Vanna dreamed of going up into the clouds into a gaint air balloon still staring vacantly into the sky. ((Gotta go to bed. night guys)) |
((I'm not gonna be adverse to the drama, so long as you let me know what's gonna happen beforehand. Sorry I haven't been able to post this week. I'm still caught up in school and currently trying to figure out what I'm gonna do with my third and final RP character. He's a British transfer student, that's for sure, and not gonna have a job.))

Yosuke came in through the cafe door like usual. He pulled down the hood of his jacket from his head and slid his headphones around his neck. "'Morning." He said with a wave. He marched to the back of the cafe and unzipped his jacket and hung it on on a hook. He then grabbed his apron and his time card and checked himself in. Looking around, the cafe wasn't crowded. |
