@Exeno: Why hello there! I am doing pretty fine. I am just 100 away from getting 2000 which I'm hoping is enough to get the armor with.

@Spring Tyme: Yeah I was pretty active when Mene was just starting up, I remember being able to by the cloak of nature and the order and chaos scepters. I took a Hiatus for a few years and got bored rping pre-made characters, so I returned. Glad to see my main is still here, sad to see my mule disappeared.

New Quests YAY! I got my order armor, now for more white/grey things. I'm thinking darker shoes? or socks? but Athena dress first.

Good job Longcat! I'd say go for the shoes first. unless the socks are prettier. ^^

oh. ok. That makes sense. thank you. I was lost and confused for a bit there. I guess being gone for so long I either forgot or new rules were added. *shrug* But thank you for clearing that up for me.

Anyway, what's new with you?

had a saturday lab for most of the day. But it was AWESOME! I love my college, I really do.
but it doesn't give me much time for mene... or it shouldn't I get stuck questing and playing games and forget my readings. oops.

Yeah, not good to forget homework. XD
I'm glad you like it, I'm not a big fan of school in general.

how can I not love it when my classes include birdwatching and mushroom collecting and watercoloring? Seriously, being a naturalist is great. You don't like your school?

I did go to college for a year as a acting major. The I realized how silly that seams. I kinda don't need a degree for art per-say, I'm probably going to become one of those starving artists. >.< I'm also into drawing and writing and music. And I have at least some talent in all so I'm not too shabby. XD

AH, yeah I had a floormate that was in for acting, she had A LOT of work cut out for her. Had to write her own little play for her final, I give kudos to art students.

Aww, thankies. ^^ I enjoy art, but I'd rather do big works on my own time. I'm kindof a freelancer of sorts. Not that big into conforming. (in a way)

Very understandable. If I could learn watercolors without having to do what the rest of the class was doing I would much prefer it that way. I always have. Freelancing, doing your own thing in your own time. that's the way it's best.

Yeah, but it doesn't pay the bills as well. XD not that I have any right now. Still at home with parents. >_>

Ah. Very glad I moved out. But then again my Uni is five hours from home. So how're things. I was out a bit being very sick. gross.

Oh, being sick isn't much fun. Not bad around here. Currently trying to write. I think I'm going to do another all-nighter type thing. Oddly enough I get a lot of inspiration at 2 or 4 AM. ^_^
Well I'm a bit lucky with the parent thing as they are divorced and live in separate places. Mom is not so thrilled about my not going back to college, but my dad thinks it's fine. A silver lining. ^_^

Inspiration strikes when it's least expected. and 2 am is a least expecting time. I usually do pretty well around noonish. but then fall asleep at 4pm... so not that long of a work stretch.
My rents would be very upset with me if I quit. And I really don't want to. but I really don't need to be here either, oh well It's fine by me. But hey, if you're fine with it that's all that really matters, your dad being on your side is just an extra!

I know. I'm pretty glad about that. ^^
I just don't really feel like I'm learning anything new around there. I learn a lot more by just hanging out with my friends. A few who are a lot older than me, might be the reason why but they didn't learn their stuff at school either.

Oh I know what you mean. I'm a fountain of useless knowledge that's only helpful as a Naturalist. I can tell you how fast a Puffin can fly, and who wrote the most influential books of science fiction. Nothing anyone wants to know in particular, but just things. and many of my friends are like that too, just fountains of particular knowledge useful to none interesting to some.

Well, I know a lot of ways to be healthy. Like things doctors should know but don't. It's along the lines of how to use nature as a medicine, instead of pills. >_>

oh that stuff is interesting though. I have a few friends interested in ethnobotany, and know some good recipes, but they won't share with me :< Like how to make poultices from wild herbaceous plants and which are edible and have healing properties.
