When the magical creatures left the earth, the dragons couldn't just leave man without some form of aid. They loved the humans and their variance of emotions, morals, and actions. They also saw how human's easily blundered as a race. They did not want to see them fall without trying to aide them in some way. They decided to leave a group of five dragon soul's in their care, to be awakened when they were in desperate need. But who would watch over these souls until summoned?

They created a small guild of men who would have a little bit of power to watch over five dragon souls. Five different men and woman were originally chosen. They would choose from one of their children to follow after them in the care taking. They would decide when the dragons would be needed and would then perform the ritual in which they would be born into human bodies.

As time passed and generations came and went, unfortunately the guild became corrupt and they sought power and wealth. They found a way to harness the fives powers and decided to summon the dragon's to claim it. At the ceremony, they brought five newly born children, thinking that they would become the vessels for the dragon soul's. When the souls hatched from their eggs, the souls flew off in all directions, leaving no clue as to where they went. All save one, that settled into the child held there. It was one of the Dragon Order's own children.

For now they had one, but if they could find all five, they would have infinite power...... The search is on.

Rules:

8. All participants must have two character's... One dragon and one Dragon guild member. If you want more you need specific permission.

Dragon Souls

The dragon's are from the five different species. There's the European dragon, the Asian dragon, the sea serpent, the gargoyle type, and the winged snake type.

They each have their own unique power which they can control. when in human form, they have limited control and smaller powers, when in dragon form, they have greater control and stronger powers.

When they were born, all knowledge as to what the are and their powers were forgotten.

The Sea Serpent: Keeper of Time (silverbeam)
The Tree Wyrm: Keeper of Spirits (link?????????)
The Sun Drake: Keeper of Emotion (firemare)
The Land Dragon: Keeper of Matter (daemora)
The Sky Wyvern: Keeper of Elements (Saiyatanya)(elements like the weather, not fire, water etc)

Dragon Guild

The guild consists of the active Five, and their designated Heir (usually Father and son, or Mother and daughter, etc). Other family member's are supportive and must obey the five. The families already have substantial power in the business world, and some are mob/ and mafia, other business lords, while others are crime overlords. All are together in their cult of the dragon guild.

The guild members used to have small magical abilities, but they had to give that up in order to summon the dragon's in the chance for greater power. They need the dragon's alive and well, along with their egg remnants to cast the magic to permanently hold them and keep their power.

Another way for them to gain the power of the dragon's is to keep the dragon close....very close. The closer the physical proximity, the more their power will "rub off".

You can commission me to make a picture for you at half price. Also for dragons' please not too many repeats on what kind of dragon, see above for the five dragon races. Don't go crazy over powers please, and keep it within your area your keeper type. For example the keeper of time would not control the weather. Have it make sense...but have fun with it too!

Name: Cecil (goes by Cee) Laurance
Age: 19
Dragon of: Keeper of time, Sea serpent
Powers: He can bend time... Slow it down a little, or speed it up a bit. He can freeze an object in stasis for up to one hour (hour when in dragon form, five minutes as human form).
Personality: He always seems to be in a rush, like he never has enough time, but surprisingly he is never late...he is kind, a little shy, and bit nerdy.
Family: Small family. He has a younger sister, how wants to be a princess. His Mother is sweet and a home busy body, his father works as a scientist at Aerospace.
Background: Cee Loves to swim. He has always been on the swim team, and could beat the pants off anyone. This either gave him friends, or enemies in his schools. Unfortunately it gave him all enemies at his new college. He is attending the university of central Florida.
Occupation: College student
Likes/strengths: Water, swimming, smiles, yogurt and ice cream.
Dislikes/flaws: dirt, inflexibility, and being late.

Name: Kazuki. She has not yet earned a last name/
Age: 15
Dragon of: The sun A.K.A. Emotion
Powers: She is a powerful empath, and can broadcast her emotions and impose them on others, as well as triggering them without actually feeling them. Besides the last, she has very little control over these abilities while in human form. When as a Dragon she is completely in tune with the emotions of everyone around her and can alter them freely.
Personality: Kind and caring on the inside, she struggles with the emotionless mask she is expected to maintain. The life she wants and the life she has are irreconcilable, and it torments her. She tries to live up to the expectations of her family, but she simply cannot.
Family: A traditional shinobi family, they are very Japanese, and proud of their heritage, even though there has been much intermarriage with other cultures by this point. They continue to train their children in the shinobi arts, and have a certain list of things that they expect them to live up to, or be exiled. Kazuki is hanging on by the skin of her teeth.
Background: As said before, Kazuki comes from a traditional shinobi family. From birth is was expected that along with her becoming a functional member of society, she would become a highly trained shinobi, ready to act should it ever be needed. They see this as a form of self defense, she sees it as unbearable cruelty. She is expected to be able to detach herself from her emotions and kill for the greater good with a moments notice. She wants to be a doctor, or perhaps a vet, and her powers to tap into the emotions of others make being a true shinobi impossible.
Occupation: Student/ninja
Likes/strengths: Other people! She gets along with most everyone very well, is a persuasive arguer (due in no small part to her emotional abilities) and generally has a way of getting what she wants to happen. She is also a very good fighter and shinobi, if you can get her to do it.
Dislikes/flaws: She is ruled by her emotions. She can't kill, and she hates hurting others or being around someone in emotional anguish. She will sacrifice herself, since she sees herself as nothing, to protect or save others.

Name: Kyra Silvaen
Age: 17
Dragon of: Earth, Keeper of Matter
Powers: Can conjure things out of thin air, (but only so long as it is an existing life form or object), can alter and change matter, (though limited to inanimate objects).
Personality: Generally kind and caring, warm and friendly to nearly everone. She can be strong and determined when she needs to be, but sometimes not in the best situations. She is usually calm and serious, but she can lose her cool very easy, depending on the situation at hand.
Family: Kyra comes from a small family in which she is the only child. Her mother is a total neat-freak and her father is almost never at home, always working. She has one grand-parent that is still living. Her grand-father from her mother's side of the family, someone who always gave Kyra what she wanted and is there when her own father isn't there. She is usually spending her time with her friends, and if not that, she's usually always by herself.
Background: Kyra has always thought of herself as a loner, and even with all the friends she has in her high school, she still thinks of herself that way. Ever since she was young, her father was never really there for her and her mother couldn't stand to be around her for more than five minutes, believing that her own daughter wasn't clean enough to spend more than five minutes with. So she was always with her grand-father, who gave her what she wanted above anything else, the attention she needed to make it through her miserable childhood.
Occupation: High School Senior
Likes/strengths: She likes anything to do with nature, and she is generally good in a crowd. She loves to draw and paint scenery, and try to design clothing.
Dislikes/flaws: She's not much of a fighter, so it's never too hard to catch her. Sure she'll run at first, but once she's caught, she won't struggle. She can't stand to see people fighting each other, and she really can't stand water. She doesn't even know why.

Age: Looks 12, is actually about 17
Dragon of: The Elements
Powers: Eiko's powers are consistently in a state of flux and wildly out of control. She seems to be able to affect the weather in small regional areas, causing it to rain, snow, cause thunder to strike or the clouds to clear. It all seems to be based upon her emotional state as well. In dragon form these effects take place in larger areas and with more ferocity.
Personality: Normally Eiko is a very gentle and soft spoken young woman. She keeps to herself and doesn’t seem to talk very often, when she does, speaking in low gentle tones. She is, however very emotional, seeming to be effected by the seasons in her attitude and emotional state. In the dead of winter she becomes very solemn, in spring more cheerful and playful with bouts of sudden unexplainable anger.
Family: Eiko's family consists of her two older brothers Twin 19 year old college students and her mother. Her father died some years ago from cancer and her mother has been taking care of the children alone since, working as a law office's secretary. Her brother's both hold part time jobs at a pizzaria.
Background: Eiko remembers the time when her father was still alive and remembers him as being a very good and honest man. They'd always lived in Cocoa, FL and probably would for some time. Eiko was always the shy one at school and even now only has one friend. Most of the people at school think her crazy and tend to avoid her because of her random mood swings.
Occupation: High School Student. Part time waitress at apple bees.
Likes/strengths: Eiko, likes the spring. She loves flowers and she loves to fly kites, and play outdoors. Her strengths are her metastability, she can adjust to anything, climates, locations, changes is daily patterns, she tends top flow with change. She’s also very flexible and athletic, being very good at slipping into places it seems she shouldn’t be able to.
Dislikes/flaws: Eiko hates rude people and will not speak to or around them, she also hates being locked indoors and had a deep fear of enclosed spaces. Her flaws are meekness and a changeable temperament. She also has a tendency to wonder off on her own and attempt escape(from school, home, whatever) on a regular basis, if only for a little while.

Name: Jacob, but most people call him Jay for short.

Dragon of: The Tree Wyrm: Keeper of Spirits
Powers:
Personality: He can be a bit ignorant and full of himself at times, not very friendly. Not afraid to take on anything, be it a dare or a fight, knowing he'd always win, but his attitude just mostly gets him in trouble and loses any hope for friends.
Family: He lives in a small suburb with his little sister and father, Jacob hates his father with a passion, but without him, he and his sister would have been out on the street.
Background: Jay lived life like any normal kid, until he started going to school, all of the children avoided him and made fun of him. It turned him into a complete jerk to anyone who would try talking to him since he had no idea who to trust or show respect to, he never had any friends. When he was 10 and his mother gave birth to his new baby sister, she couldn't survive the birth and died, the doctors had no idea why. Sadly for Jay, the loss of his mother changed his father forever, he began drinking because of it, turning him into a violent and abusive man instead of the kind and loving one he was before.

Those long, 9 years of his life with a drunken father and no mother was a living hell, but he stayed strong for his baby sister and for himself. To this current day, Jay still has no respect for his father, even though he managed to stop drinking... as much as he did before. His little sister, Amanda, is the only thing he cares about, she does everything with him and loves him dearly. Jay now goes to College and lives in his own dorm, but he does go home to see Amanda every day.

Personality: She is smart but you wouldn't believe that by how she acts and looks. she's more the seductress and wheedler. She purse her lips at you, hold you close and steal your wallet, then stab you in the back.
Background: A child of wealth and power, she lusts after those things. She likes corruption and enjoys corrupting others. She likes to roam and is constantly getting into others business.
Family: While an heir, she might as well be one of the five. Her Grandfather is old and senile, and not much use in the position of one of the five. She takes over almost everything while he naps. Her parents were killed off for some political reason within the guild, leaving her, instead of her Father as the heir.
Occupation: philanderer in love and business.
Likes/strengths: Love, Tight clothes, makeup, expensive clothing and jewelry, power, wealth.
Dislikes/flaws: Idiots, anyone whose supposedly better than her. Her grandfather and old men.

Personality: Cold and calculating on the outside, a hidden rage simmers just beneath the surface.
Background: He grew up as an heir and took his place, but he always wanted more and was frustrated when he couldn't get it. He was all for releasing the dragons. To him it was just another business deal, one from which he stood to make huge profits.
Family: Corrupt at the top levels, there may yet be some hope in this new generation. ...maybe.
Occupation: Corporate CEO and business man.
Likes/strengths: Money, but mostly power. luckily for him, he has both and won't hesitate to use them.
Dislikes/flaws: Weaklings. It's a dog eat dog world, and if you don't like it he'll be all too happy to speed you on your way to the exit. He is a bit paranoid about the law, it's the one thing still bigger then him, and it does have it eye on him.

Name: Loki McKale
Age: 19
Position: Heir

Personality: Loki is mysterious, strange, and highly unusual. He is unlike the rest of his family, being that his sanity is questionable. He can be cruel and sadistic at times, even masochistic, when he feels like it, but he is mostly just crazy. He is considered, by the rest of the world, to be a paranoid schitzophrenic. In actuality, he is purely insane, though he can manage to seem calm and collected in appearance, but he's really just... odd.
Background: Loki is very strange. Even as a child he had always seemed unusual, even to the rest of his family. He was diagnosed with ADHD when he was a small child, then the doctors believed him to be Autistic, but he is really neither. It was discovered, as he got older, that he had extreme bi-polar disorder and that he was paranoid schitzophrenic. He was given medication to take in order to keep him sane, but he never takes it, preferring to let his mind wander in it's own world.
Family: Loki is from a very powerful family that has it's roots in the U.S. Government and in other high political positions around the world, mostly in Ireland. His father is one of the five, all his grand-parents are dead, and he lives at home with his younger sister, who doesn't understand the world and the corruption in their family. His mother is a power loving freak, and she is always upset with Loki for being a 'disabled' child, wishing that her daughter, though only five years old, could be the heir instead.
Occupation: no one really knows.
Likes/strengths: He likes cotton candy and pure sugar cane. He also likes to see violence, and likes to inflict pain on himself and on others.
Dislikes/flaws: He freaks out when he sees spiders. He hates people who look down on him and he can easily snap and turn on them in the blink of an eye.

Personality: Haiachi is an oddity among his family, tending to prefer sports and art to the family business. He’d rather be out and about playing baseball or practicing martial arts as opposed to the alternative. He has a typical, couldn’t care less attitude and likes to piss off his siblings. Adversely, he does take his role as heir very seriously and works very hard to please his father. Though, he hates what the family is doing he figures, he’ll be patient until he becomes one of the five and then change everything.
Background: Haiachi was always the popular one at school, doing everything he could to be the best in every sport that he could be. His family didn't care for his likes but he didn't care. He was also one of those odd jocks that actually was nice and looked out for the nerds and outcasts at school.
Family: His mother was a Japanese woman, from a Yakuza family and his father from a New york Mafia family. His family has ties to both Mafia's still and keep close relations working together. Haiachi has two younger brothers who are litttle spoiled brats and are out to steal his title if they can.
Occupation: College student on a full ride sports scholarship. Works part-time as a martial arts instructor.
Likes/strengths: Martial arts and painting. He’s a very good fighter, top of his class and a talented artist. And he has a great deal or patience for people and plans.
Dislikes/flaws: He hates corruptions and evil people. He tends to be quite forgetful, not because of stupidity, but because of lack or attention to the matter aka distraction. He also gets really nervous when he’s alone with girls, in a crowd he’s okay, but the moment he gets some alone time, he freezes up and makes a fool of himself.

Personality: Is evil, selfish and greedy, yet still stays smooth and cool and usually lets others do the dirty work for him.
Background: Omi was born in a wealthy family, turning him into a stuffy brat as a child, he lived a privileged life and received a high education. His power over money and control over others made him lust for more, which made him join the guild.
Family: His mother and father who live half way across the country from Omi, they send him all the money he wants and give him whatever he wants. They're very proud in their spoiled rotten son, since they are just as cold hearted and evil as him.
Occupation: He works at his father's own bank in Omi's current state. But, its not so much as working as it is just sitting around and doing nothing.
Likes/strengths: Money, power, ordering others around
Dislikes/flaws: Working, feeling weak, hates that hes only human.

Also, Silver... I would like to make note of the fact that I went to Florida once... when I was eight years old, so that was.... let's see... eleven years ago... I don't entirely remember everything we did there, though I do know that one of my mom's cousins/uncles worked at NASA, so we got to go there and look at one of the rockets they were preparing. It was really cool, as I was eight at the time and easily excited by anything.

Other than that, I wouldn't be able to know where everything is, or what is down there in Florida.

As for certain other places like Delaware, Rhode Island or Massachusetts, I could tell you alot about Riverside, Pawtucket, Swansea, Seekonk, and Fall River... cuz I know those areas like the back of my hands.

I'd like to join silver, I'm working on the sky dragon right now, and prolly a random house member too, still debating on which one.

It won't be solo be there in Florida...It's just that we needed a spot and instead of picking one random place, I choose one were I at least knew about....

I suppose we could make up a place as well.

I understand... If I made a group roleplay, I would proabably either base it in a made up place, or in Rhode Island and Mass... so I have no problems with it... I like trying to work along with stuff... makes me work harder.... ^ ^

well, my mom's aunt and uncle live in Florida, but it's not like we go and visit them or anything... my uncle even lived there for a while, but then he moved to Minnesota... and I've only been to Florida once.... when I was eight... so that was eleven years ago... there could be things that have changed since I went there as a kid, so I don't know too much...

well, i do kinda wish I could go to Florida again sometime.... maybe if I work up enough money I can go there.... though that might take some time to do anyway.... unless my mom randomly decides one day to go visit her Aunt who live down there.... though that too, is highly unlikely... we usually only go to Delaware, to visit my Grand-parents... and in fact, I will be going there on the 23rd of Spetember, and I'll be down there for a little over a week, spending my birthday with them this year rather than being at home and not being able to see them....
though my laptop will have no wireless connection when I go, my grandmother does have a home computer that can connect to the internet, so I can still get on and post during that time.... ^ ^
