One rule for some and a differnet rule for others?

Well I don't think its right how Menewsha has one rule for one set of people and another rule for others! Yesterday my little sister signed up to Menewsha, she was really happy and excited and was getting into the swing of things when she logged on later that day and assistant admin was in touch with her saying that she was under the age of thirteen and was going to be banned. She is thirteen, she was born June 23rd 1996 so how is that fair? Now I know that there are other underage users here because one told me that she was under thirteen, and i don't see how it is right that my sister gets banned for being thirteen but there are real underage users out there who don't get banned!
I would really appreciate some feedback on here or to know if this was just a mistake.

If there is a user under 13 here, it means the mods/AAs aren't aware of them. It DOES NOT mean that the mods/AAs are being selective.

So you're right, it's not right to be biased when banning people. HOWEVER, the mods/AAs weren't. If you feel the need to report the person who's under 13, go ahead.

You sister is not banned, she is in the underage users group. Is she is 13 then why did she say she's 12 in her bio, huh? And why, when I questioned her, did she say she thought it was allowed to sign up if you were under 13 because you'd told her there were other underage users on the site...

As Rando says, if you know of other underage people on the site you should report them, because they shouldn't be here, and they only are here because they've lied about their age when they signed up. Currently we only have 1 person who's actually made the effort to get parental consent.

Well I never knew she wrote she was 12? Maybe her finger slipped or something, I don't know what was going through her head, all she told me was that she was banned for being underage when she wasn't and if I could help her sort it out.

isn't there some kind of parental consent form that you can get your parents to sign and send in to Menewsha? Then she would be able to be a member here. I dunno if there are restrictions to it though, that is something Jelly would have to confirm.

Yes there is a form, which I give to every single underage member that I find, they never return it, lol.
