Bramble ran to the border, seeing Drew and Jahero standing there. "Drew!" He called, resting before them. "Hazel sent me." he said once he caught his breath. "The pup is going to be ok." he sat there a little more, and said "Hazel does want to meet you to talk about the pup's future and the subject of... territory." he wasn't entirely sure how Drew would take the news, so he put his tail between his legs.

Drew sighed happly, "okay, when does she want to see me." he asked as he looked at him. Territory wasn't important to him since he was now only one wolf and coudlnt' protect it very well now.

"Tomorrow." He nodded and raced back to camp, wondering how much land they could actually get. He ran to Hazel and told her. "Alright. Pups! You should come in now, it's getting late."

"Your giving up land?!" Jahero said looking at drew. The look on jahero's face was that of surprise.
Raven sat down and looked at the moon. his eye widened and his heart began to race. He lifted his head and began to sing/howl a tune. |
Drew nodded and looked at him, "yes, I am and I dont really care. I have nothing here to protect, I have no family alive anymore and I have only land. What is land worth if you have no one to share it with?" he asked as he looked at him.

Jahero looked at Drew, and he was right. There wasn't really anything that land had if you did have a family.

Blaze heard his mother call from the den. "Guess what you guys?! We have a little sister!!" He smiled and went back into the cave, where Bramble and Hazel were sitting.

THe little pup grumbled when she heard Blaze come in. She was very restless right now and wanted to get up and explore but at the same time sleep. She wondered who these wolves where and if they would be nice ot her.

Raven heard Blaze at rushed back to the den to see Blaze, Bramble, his mother and and another that Raven hadn't seen before. "Is this her?" He asked out loud.

The pup opened her eyes when she heard the other pup talk. He reminded her of the shewolf she was laying to right now and continued to look at him.

Running back Skye looked at the pup. "Yay I'm not the only girl pup anymore."

The pup looked around and wondered if this was to be her new family. Well if it was at least she had a big sister to look up to.

Hazel laughed. "Everyone, bedtime." Blaze sighed and trudged to the place where they all slept, and Hazel picked up the little she-pup and placed her beside Blaze.

Raven Lay next to the new pup. "My name is Raven" He said softly into her ear. "I'll be the best big brother ever" he whispered again as he lay his head on the back on the new puppy

"What's her name going to be?" Bramble asked. "We have no recommendations from Drew, so I'm going to name her Dawn." Hazel said. Blaze fell asleep, curling around the newly-named Dawn.

Dawn smiled when she heard her name, she liked it. She then buried her nose into Blazes fur and fell asleep next to her new family.

Skye lay down around the other wolves close to her new sister dawn and she gave a big yawn as she curled up a little bit away but still very close to the rest of them as well.

Hazel smiled. "Tomorrow we need to ask Dawn if she remembers anything. Then if she does, we'll bring her to Drew and get some territory." Bramble wondered if that was the reason Hazel took the pup in the first place, not because she wanted to keep her safe.

Raven woke the next morning to sun in his face. He yawned and walked to the door of the cave. The sun hit his eye making him shake his head for a moment. The world out side was wonderful, The grass was green and the sky was blue. What more was there. Raven took a deep breath, closing his eyes. When he opened them he yelped or began to. A small paw covered his mouth to shout him up.
" You have to be quiet" the pup said Raven nodded and the pup let go of him. "who are you? " Raven asked softly. he didn't want his mother to hear him, nore did he want anyone else waking up. "I'm a wolf like you." he said "I see that, what's you name?" The pup thought about this for a moment. He didn't have a name, not that he knew. "I don't have one" he said slowly. Raven thought about this for a moment and then smiled. "I'll call you brother." He smiled " You look like you could be my twin. I'll help you find your mommy and daddy" Raven seemed happy with him self. but as he went to look back at brother he was gone. "Brother? brother where are you" Raven called and looked around the cave for. But brother was no where to be found. |
Dawn slowly opend her eyes and didn't feel her new brothers warmth next to her. She shakely got to her feet and looked around. She was smaller then the others and slowly made her way to the front of the cave where she saw Raven. "morning." she said softly and sat down next to him. Now that she was out in the open you could see that she was grey with white and black streaks going threw her fur.

"Oh hello Dawn" Raven said greeting her. " How did you sleep?" he asked still somewhat looking for brother

Dawn smiled, "great and I feel a lot better." she said as she looked at him and saw him looking around, "and what are you looking for?"

Blaze opened his eyes and heard his siblings talking. He jumped up and trotted over. "Good morning Raven! Good morning Dawn!" he said cheerfully. "Are you looking for something?" Just then Hazel woke and looked at them. "Hello you three." she said. "What are you doing up?"

Raven needed to think of something, he didn't want anyone to know about brother. "Where just looking at the sun rise mom"

"A great way to start a day." Hazel agreed, getting up an stretching. "Are you guys hungry? I think you can manage solid food now." Bramble woke up and stretched sleepily.
