Akee looked to Druzzel as he spoke then looked to Decome as a look of surprise appeared on her face. She quickly put the wine away and poured out the rest in her glass as she turned and looked at Decome again. "It looks like I can't keep alcohol in the house now and most certainly not anywhere near Decome. "I guess I needed to stop that habit of mine any how. Druzzel are you going to help her with this new gift of hers?" She said sweetly as she turned and smiled at him hoping he would. If anyone was going to get crispy from Decomes new power why not Druzzel. Akee figured that the bond the two seemed to have would help Decome learn about her new power faster. |
Javeron held her gently kissing the top of her head and smiled softly at her as she whispered I love you too daddy.He was surprised when his clothes and hair started to dry quicker than they usually would."Are you doing that?"He asked her his eyes questioning.He sighed gently unfortunantely the fight with Rose came back to him making him not notice the water drying.I'm sorry you had to here that sweetie......He put in Docome's head his arms still resting around her gently.

She feed Alice and put her down for her to sleep again and she went to her bathroom and went to take a shower a long shower.

Docome looked at her father then at Duzzel. "How am i doing this?" she asked as the warmth quickly faded from Javeron who was now completely dry. Duzzel smiled at her and walked closer, "You are the second one in the clan to have ever been born with the ability to control fire. It seems that it only works for now when you get very mad or upset, not even my father...had this power but his father's bloodline cared the ability to do this and my grandfather was the only one who has ever had such a power." he took a small pause"...Javeron...your daughter is much more special then we thought, we most not let any other clan find out about this if they do they will try to take her away."

Akee kept quite as she took note of everything that was said. She eased her way out of the room while the others where busy with Decomes new power. She quickly went to her room and fumbled through her desk as she found the papers she needed for Decome. Unknown to everyone but Druzzel she had already got the forms needed for home school the week Decome went for registration. At the time she wasn't sure if Decome would turn but she didn't want to be wrong so she went ahead and got the papers. She quickly filled them out making them look identical to the had writing on all of the other papers the school would for Decome. She let the ink dry then placed it in the folder. She then went to her book self as she pulled out one of her ancent books written in a forgotten tongue. She closed her eyes as she placed her hand on the book and found herself passing through time seeing everything in the book. She saw all the vampires and their families as she went through out the book looking for Nat. For some reason she felt she knew him not him but some one who looked very close. Druzzel's line was quite gifted with powers....Decome was now able to control fire and as for her special gift, it was being able to see things from just a touch. She never used it unless she had to it could give such a headache if you used it all the time. After a hour she open her eyes as she closed the book and hung her head. She had seen one close to him before but they where not accounted for in that book. Though she had four bookshelves full of books for all the vampires ever made and born. She picked up the next book and did the same thing.

Duzzel felt that Akee was using her powers and went to her room, "What are you doing?"He asked touching her shoulder

Akee put the book back on the bookshelf as she turned opening her eyes as she faced him. "Nothing, why must I always be doing something? I have the papers already and they are filled out when you are ready to take them. It looks like Decome will end up being quite the vampire wouldn't you agree. You know I am surprised that in all the years no woman has ever changed you as Decome has in just a short while." She said as she gave him a slight grin before turning to her desk and grabbing the folder.

"Yes i know...and i wish to talk to you about that Akee."He sits on the bed and pats the spot next to him,"Docome is your grand-daughter and you have a right to know...i love Docome more then i have ever loved a women twice her age, i cant help but feel this way about her when ever i am nere her all i what to do is hold her close and never let her go...im always scared for her life and scared about how her powers will effect her."He looked straight into Akee's eyes now,"I simpily and utterly love her."

Akee smiled as she laughed and shook her head. She took a set beside him, as she held out her hand as a pair of cards appeared in them.One held a picuture of Druzzel and another of Decome. "I figured as much....to be honest. Besides cards never lie, since the day she was born your cards have never been separated. I had thought that I had lost my gift...after I lost him. But it has slowly reappeared as my other powers leave me. I always liked knowing matter of the heart anyhow. I have missed playing match maker. You never asked me how I knew people where meant to be so I will tell you. The cards know what they want just as the heart does. With the cards I am able to take spirit energy from a person. In doing so I am able to take a part of them and learn them then find another card that will fit them. When the hearts in the cards find the one they never leave the other card....if we are being honest then I must tell you I am going blind Druzzel. It seems that to gain my favorite gift back I have to lose something special to me. I have noticed it for a while now but I didn't want to worry anyone. Though the passed week it has worsen...I don't believe I have long till I am fully blind. Please don't tell Decome or Javeron. That is why I was in such a hurry to get you and Decome the outfits. I was afraid that if I wanted I wouldn't be able to see either of you or my beautiful Decome. All that I ask is you love her and treat her with care I love her very much as well. There is a ball coming up and I thought that perhaps you would like to escort her to it...since she want be able to go to her school dance...I thought you could take her to her first dance. I am sure it would mean the world to her. Have you spoken to Decome about how you feel? If you haven't then maybe you should let her know how you feel."

Duzzel smiled at her,"she is my grand-daughter, i wouldn't feel right if i told her that i love her moe then anything in the world...to be honest i would feel like a pervert to tell you the truth."

Akee smiled as the cards disappeared from her hands. She leaned over and gently took his face in her hand. "Technically she isn't your granddaughter because you are not my husband therefore you shouldn't feel that way. I think you will learn in time that see to will feel the same way. Now you need to go get her books." She said as he held out the folder to him. "Do you think I was to harsh today...I have never been the best at people hurting my family and the ones I love. I am just sick of her games and hurting my son and Decome."

Javeron looked at Docome amazed."Wow...your very special.Of course your my daughter why wouldn't you be?"He asked hiding his smile as he joked with her.He took another drink of the 'wine' sighing softly."You should try your new power out...just don't light the house on fire."He said laughing this time standing and taking her with him."Do you want to go outside and try it out?"He asked excitement written all over his face.

She was out of the shower and she was with her daughter Alice and looked at her and saw she as powers as well and she goes in Javeron mind and said come now something is happening to Alice.

Javeron sighed softly as 3/4's of the excitement left his eyes making them almost look like jewels...as some of his anger and sadness mixed with the excitement."Come on Docome,Alice is showing some of her powers...but right when were finished were going to go mess with your new power....if you would like..."He said softly smiling at her all of the excitement gone as he tried to replace it with no emotions at all.I guess....He thought back to Rose and looked at Docome hoping she would come with him up stairs...he couldn't face Rose by himself...and he couldn't just stay down here when his new daughter was getting new powers...His internal battle between his daughters was already tearing him up.He sighed softly hurt and stress displaying across his face.He hadn't known Alice...he hadn't even held her truly yet.And Docome his first born whom he loved very much and cherished was getting her powers as well.He just didn't know what to do!!!

Docome giggle at his joke, she always thought it was funny when he tried to make jokes and sometimes they came out good just like these two. "Ok but after we go see Alice...if we try my new power out side wouldn't people be able to see it?"
"Alright, i'll go get Docome and we'll be on are way."he said taking the folder from Akee and looking inside."Are these all her papers from getting into the shcool?'Duzzel asked |
Javeron smiled at her and nodded."Hmmm okay then the woods? Okay wood not a good place....i'll take you to the mini lake in the woods.Sound good?"He asked her laughing at what he had said.

She was mad and runs down stairs she is scared and worried "Akee please come something is wrong with Alice it might be her powers please come I need help." she is scared she doesn't know what is happening to her daughter.

Docome smiled at her father and nodded her head in agreement,"ok sounds good to me, sounds like fun." Docome turned her head at the sound of her mothers voice in her grandmothers room
Duzell looked up at Rose and smiled,"Alice will be fine, it wont hurt to go look at her to make sure they are coming to her fine but this is strange a baby, let alone a hafe vampire baby never gets there powers thiks early in there lives...let us go see." Duzell disapeared to Roses room where he fopund Alice laying her her bed smiling up at him and giggling at him. He picked her up gentl;ly in hios arms and rubbed her head softly rubbing her cheek with his thumb,"What is wrong my little Alice?"he said kissing her forehead. |
She looks at Duzell and she smiles at them she trusts him and said "i just got out of the shower Duzell and she was doing fine until she move something not her hands or feet touch it and her eyes were dark purple like mine were i am worried about it. What does this mean Duzell?"

Javeron smiled at Docome and then ran up the stairs with Duzzell looking at little alice.He rested his hand by her and she grabbed his finger gently giggling."She seems to be okay now...but it may happen again..."He said his voice soft as he leaned down and kissed Alice's forehead."I love you..."He whispered softly to Alice sadness radiant in his eyes as he looked at her but when he pulled away the sadness was gone.

Javeron's eyes flashed and he stood still not moving an inch."I don't hate you...I was hurt and I need some time...."He said it had only been what? A few hours since the fight and she wanted to know if he still 'hated' her?He sighed and then moved a step out of her grasp letting little alice grip his finger.The love was still there for his daughter...yes he still loved Rose but he needed time to think things over...would she leave again?Could he trust her not to take his daughter away from him again?What was going to happen now that she was a vampire?Would she run and never come back leaving her daughters or taking them with her?...He sighed his eyes showing the confusion and loneliness he felt as he smiled softly at Alice not looking at Rose.

She looked at her daughter she knows she need her daughter to rest "Duzell javeron we need for Alice to sleep she likes to sleep a lot when she wants me she cries" she goes on the bed and closed her eyes and falls sleep.

Duzell left the roomclosing the door behind with his arms crossed over his chest as he looked at both Rose and Javeron,"For now the only ones aloud to go into Alices room is me and Akee, we will watch her for the next week and if it happens again, we will see want is best for her, Rose, i know you wish to be the mother and care for your baby but now that something is happening and could maybe envole her powers is is best that the elders of the family watch her...i dont think anyone of us what her to die."
