I don't think anyone has been maintaining it lately. :|
Try downloading the latest version?... It doesn't seem to work for me even though I extracted the same way I did with the old version. I'm not sure what to tell you though unless you're skilled enough to create your own avatar creator. It'll be updated when the people who are working on it are finished. :yes: I think if you go ahead and read through the MAC thread, you'll find that they've been discussing their progress...
