Tears of blood
 

One of the leaders of a great vampire clan was mistakenly awakened when his crypt was disturbed, this lifted the cruse that was placed upon him. now he is surching for his long lost love/the other leader of the clan. both leaders are needed to open the gateway to the banished lands, only the other leader has been dead for over 3 centerys. she has however been reincarnated into a human girl. but not any human girl for she is a slayer! unknown by him of coarse. so the question is will he turn her whether she likes it or not. or will he let her choose between turning her back on everything she knows and loves?

'Foolish humans...waking me from my slumber...' the dark figure moved away from the two corpses, dropping a third one as it moved towards the doorway leading out of its eternal prison. Shockingly clear blue eyes blinked in the moonlight, three centuries of sleep had done nothing but good for this vampire leader. Well...except for the hunger still gnawing in his stomach. His eyes slid over the landscape, 'Let's hunt...' and he slipped silently away into the shadows.

A girl walked quietly down the darkened street. her shift at the local sushi restraint had ended and now she was on her way home. She turned her pale blue eyes towards the crescent moon and sighed. " such a lovely evening, i think I'll stay out a little while longer" She whispered to herself as a soft breeze tussled her long black hair. she moved it out of her face and over her shoulder.

AS she entered a local park she passed by a pond, its still water dark and reflective. She glanced at her reflection on the water, hr pale skin seemed to almost glow from the light of the moon.

He moved swiftly through the shadows, avoiding the busier streets, keeping his presence to a minimal. And then he was in a rather empty park. He had been going there ever since his reawakening, not only was it a calming place, it also had a nice pond in the middle. And the fact that it was clear of people at this time of night was also nice.
He paused suddenly as his gaze landed on a lone figure, standing across from him. His eyes widened and his hand went up automatically to move his red bangs away from his face, as if they were making him see things. The figure looked up and their eyes met.
Riku, for this was the vampires name, froze. A single name escaped his lips.

as Yasmin looked up from the water she saw a red hair man looking strangely at her. she flipped him off and kept walking she hated it when people stared. yes she knew she was far to pale and yes she knew she was pretty either go away or take a picture and go away she didn't care. just as long as you weren't staring at her in the flesh.

'Strange' he thought, this...wasn't the same Angel (ooc: lol funny it's kinda ironic) he had once known. He watched as she stalked off. Riku stared at the serene waters for a moment, contemplating, before taking off again, silent. He followed the girl that resembled his Angel, she didn't seem to notice, 'Very strange.' Riku paused when he saw the girl enter a building, he examined it for a moment, filing it into his memory before taking a step back and melting, once again, into the shadows.

Yasmin had left the park all together she headed fro home. she wasn't really paying much attention, if she had been she'd have noticed the man had fallowed her. however she simply kept walking turning once or twice into a dark cat walk until she got to her house. she unlocked the door and went inside locking it once more.

ooc: I'm not gonna be on for a few days so this is gonna be my last post for a few days at least.

Riku sat on the roof of the building the girl that had resembled his Angel had walked into. He stared at the full moon barely blinking, there was, after all, no need to. He had gone around the city a few times already, taking in the new changes. He was suddenly disturbed though when a scuffle on the street drew his attention. "Get out of there Hunter! Face me like a real man!" Riku observed the shouting individual, 'Hm...vampire, must be of the lower class..." His hair blew into his face again and he reached up to move it away. The simple motion caused the lower vampire to notice his presence. When their eyes met the one who had shouted, froze. He had not been alive before Riku had been cursed and put to sleep but the power that seeped from Riku's pores was very obvious, "Vampire...lord..." He murmured and then the girl's front door slammed open.

Yasmin had been in her room, changing when she heard a loud noise, like her door slamming open. she jumped and quickly pulled her pj top on. she garbed an assortment of small throwing blades and went to investigate it.

Riku's eyes flashed as he registered that another vampire had snuck under his defenses and had gotten into the building. He turned furious eyes onto the first vampire, who was now trying to sneak away. In a split second he was reduced to nothing but a pile of ashes and Riku quickly swept into the building to find the second vampire.

Yasmin, had meet the vampire in the darkened hallway, she didn't wait for it to attack she simply threw the knifes pinning it to the oppist wall. she was a damned good slayer, she'd kill it with out remorse. she walked slowly towards it " how dare you enter my house?" She asked it in an out raged ton all though a wide smirk was on her face.

Riku watched from the shaows cast by various items in the girl's house as the girl easily slaughtered the weakling vampire. When Riku turned to leave though a voice stopped him.

Yasmin toyed with him for a little bit before ending it, she looekd at the mess and tisked " damn I"ll have to clean that before it startes to stink...." She said as she yawned. walking away to go find the cleaning proudects/ priest to take the ashes away.

Riku quickly hid himself again as the girl walked past, after she had gone he turned to look back at the mess. 'Might as well...' He leaned over and blew lightly on the ashes, making them disappear, and then he laid his hands on the bloodstains and his eyes glowed as he whispered some unintelligible words under his breath.

when Yasmin came back she frowned at the carpet " the fuck?" She muttered to her self something was in her house uninvited OH well the priest should be here soon, she'd ask him to bless the house again.

Riku breathed in a breath of fresh air as the wind blew through his hair again, he was back in the forest, it was almost sunrise so he needed to find a place to stay until it was evening again. It wasn't that sunlight could kill him or anything, if anything, it just irritated him, kinda like mosquitoes and humans.

YAsmin sighed and yawned as the priest left. she imeddiatly went to sleep dead tired.

Riku hummed softly to himself, a soft lullably he had heard once when he had passed by a mother and child a long time ago. Unbeknown to him a soft breeze managed to catch the tune and it drifted to the ears of a girl who was falling asleep at that very moment.

Yasmin yawned " hum...what a pretty melody....." She mummer ed against her pillow before sleep took her. She had an odd dream that night, which made her awaken in hast as twilight began to fall. it was her day off work which meant a night of slaying for her. She shook her head to get the odd dream out, " odd" She said to her self " why was i dreaming about two vampires?" She asked her self as she got out of bed.

Riku hadn't moved from his position in the glade since he had gotten there in the morning, now it was nightfall and he continnued to watch the sky, finding comfort in the fact that the stars at least, hadn't changed as much as everything else had over the years.

YAmin got up and started to dress in her layer uniform. she'd have to try to track down that new coven " damn those vermin, why the hell do they always apper when i have a day off?"she muttered angerly.

Riku tensed when he heard a twig snap nearby. He sniffed the air, "Vampires..." He noted. they must have picked up his scent if they were investigating the area. He had been to careless earlier.

She left her house and headed towards the woods, she'd cheack out the night clubs later when they started to pick up.

Riku peered through the foliage, these vampires must have been amateurs, he had meerly changed tracks and dived into a bunch of foliage and now they couldn't find him,how pathetic. Riku contemplated wether or not to attack.

Yasmin heard some noises in the woods, she began to move more cautously. she peered around the side of a tree and saw the vampires, she smiled :ah time to play: she thought to her slef as she readyed her self to attack
