Yes so all I can really say is work on anatomy (I know you said that but it is good to stress xD).
I would also say work on colour and shading a bit as well. For example in the first picture the pants seem really oddly shaded... or is that the design of the pants? ._. Sorry! Also some shading can really liven up a picture. Even simple things like giving shines on the hair gives it more of a pop. ^^ |

it looks like WORD clipart...you might ask MS if they wanna buy some?? I like it..and agree with the shading to bring it up a notch, however, don't ask me how to do it..I usually just use gradient to bring shades to my arts...teehee...not a good thing to do. |

I've noticed that most of your characters tend to face in the same direction - maybe try to do something a little less comfortable and switch things around a little bit. The last couple pieces of MS Paint art are quite nice - I'm not sure which one I like most. I have to say, the unfinished face-less person is good, too. Would be kind of funny to hold a contest asking people to supply different filler expressions, and choosing the one that amuses you most. :)
