Something Special

Hi, I really want to do something special for my boyfriend, but I need some ideas. He's a big fan of Smallville, Final Fantasy, and religion. I want to do something special and romantic for him. Does anyone have any ideas?

hmmm, I'm not sure. By something special, would you prefer like a date scenario, or like an item to buy him?

Woa, we've been dating for only a month now ^^" I do think he might be "The One" though.

well then...

take him.... to a park, if it's nice where you live and not snowing like it is here...

or take him to church, if he likes religion.

pick an odd church, though, not like the usual christian one.

Tell him this:

"I never expected Sephiroth to appear in Advent Children, he seems to appear so abruptly! When you watch the subtitled version you almost don't even expect it, but the English version seems to make it clearer. The dubbing wasn't too shabby either. Kadaj, Loz and Yazoo were a little annoying to me, but their fight sequences were really good, out of the three I preferred Loz the most as he seems the most intelligent, the other two acted a little too retarded at times. It was amazing when all the FF7 characters came in, perhaps that was abrupt too, but still it was obvious fan service and I appreciated it. Clearly though, Sephiroth should have actually won their last battle, but it's a shame that could never be made to happen. The later edition of Advent Children shows a much more realistic outcome of that battle where Cloud gets stabbed several times, but the outcome is the same."

Trust me...

the mechanical heart 10-13-2009 02:35 PM

better write that down, hun.

xD

Who said that you can only act sexy for "the one"
I like the buddah idea myself, ist sort of like something I would do.
The romatic things I did for my boyfriend before I got pregnant were not really PG-13 xD

Oh my! Um, I'm not wanting to do anything sexual, would like to keep things PG-13, hehe ^^"

Shooga! 10-13-2009 04:15 PM

Though that lol
Hmmmm, why don't you take him for a moonlit picnic? You know, one of them fancy dan things in the park at night, candles, your best friend acting like a butler, then by the time the third course comes tell them to clear off so its just you and him :)

iamajesusnerd 10-13-2009 04:18 PM

Haha, sounds interesting XP

Shooga! 10-13-2009 04:21 PM

Amazingly sometyhing must have worked because me and Zack are still together, four years now :boogie:

Awwww, that's so cute :D

K0a 10-13-2009 04:26 PM

Don't try too hard, If your only in your first month. I thought my last boyfriend was 'the one' and i got a heartache because he got pushed to meet my family too fast. made him feel really uncomfortable.
...
The picnic idea sounds really lovely. I might have to steal that idea. :} I wonder how that night would end up. >.>'

iamajesusnerd 10-13-2009 04:29 PM

Actually, my boyfriend has already met my folks ^^" He lives in Charlotte, NC and I live in Atlanta, GA. He came to visit me and I still live at home with my folks. My parents really like him :D

Shooga! 10-13-2009 04:37 PM

Yeah, the picnic is constantly a winner, I mean food, darkness, convienient bushes XD
Yeah, my boyfriend really gets on with my mum too, sadly the same can not be said for me and his :P

iamajesusnerd 10-13-2009 04:38 PM

Awwww :( I'm sorry about that -hugz- I haven't met my boyfriend's parents yet but so far they seem to like what they hear about me ~^^~

K0a 10-13-2009 04:41 PM

if your able to pinpoint his interests. Then you could go online and buy him something related to final fantasy or something.
My best friend is always doing long distant relationships. And she's really good at keeping him happy and she even bought a webcam for him and herself. I respect that she's capable of doing over the internet stuff. :) Most people can't. Like myself.
:P

I've thought about getting him a webcam, but they're too expensive, I can't afford them :(

:P

I met someone new. I'm head over heels for him. Which for me is unusual.. :insane:
3 months into my new relationship. woohoo. :] I haven't met his parents either. o,o Which is getting irritating. But, No big deal. :)

Yeah, your right, webcams are a bit pricey. Mine was 32$. there is cheep logitech ones for 25$ But, depending on your price range..

iamajesusnerd 10-13-2009 04:49 PM

Oh ok, I'll look for those ~^^~ Mine came with my laptop. We've already kissed and said we love each other too. We talk often about marriage and kids. I find it so exciting ~^^~ Most guys would runaway if mentioning (especially this early in the relationship) kids or marriage, but he actually enjoys talking about it ~^^~ He's a really special guy. And congrats K0a ~^^~ -hugz-

Well, maybe you could make a video for him and put it on Youtube?
Like film you two together doing things (or use photographs, if you don't have a video camera), cut it with clips relevant to his interests, and edit it to music he likes.
