Can anyone....

Tell me the names of a few good werewolf books? I keep looking but I never seem to find any that are about werewolves. At this point I'll take anything even if there are only side characters.

the only books i know with any werewolves are the Twilight books, altho the main characters are vampires. the werewolves don't even really show up until the second book. they're only mentioned in the first book.
sorry, these are the only books i can think of.

'Moon Called' by Patricia Briggs. Her main character is a Coyote Shifter, and she mainly hangs around Werewolves in the book. (She also has 'Blood Bound', where the Coyote Shifter, deals with vampires, 'Iron Kissed' she deals with Fae, and 'Bone Crossed' a vampire queen)

Try this series...the author is Rachel Hawthorne. The series is called the Dark Guardians...the titles are Moonlight (book 1), Full Moon (Book 2) and Dark of the Moon (Book 3).

Also an Author called Kelley Armstrong has trilogy out called the Darkest Powers with a were-wolf in is..the series starts with The summoning, the second book is called the Awakening, and the third (which isn't out yet) is called The Reckoning..

A third suggestion is to look for books by Carrie Vaughn. She has a charater named Kitty and she's a werewolf...she's got five different books out with her as the main character...I think it starts with Kitty and the Midnight Hour....

Good luck and happy reading!

Patricia Briggs also does another series called the Alpha and Omega. The only downer is the real beginning of the story is in On The Prowl. Which is a combined book with four short stories which I don't believe you can find in bookstores. You may have to order it online. Cry Wolf and Hunting Grounds you should be able to get anywhere.

I'm mainly into vampire books but after reading Patricia Briggs I've really gotten into werewolves. I have the same problem of finding books. Recently I found two books at the used book store that are about werewolves. I have yet to read them so I can't promise they will be any good. They are by Susan Krinard. One is titled Secret of the Wolf and the other is To Catch a Wolf. They may be romance though.
