That is such a cool name. Even without knowing what exactly it means it really strikes you. Welcome. What is Emilie Autumn? I'm sure I could youtube it, but I like to hear what people have to say first.

Emilie Autumn is a singer that has her own genre called Victorian Industrial. I went to one of her concerts yesterday and had just about the most fun ever~!

:shock: That sounds so weird, yet really interesting. Before going to look it up, I am trying to picture what it sounds like ... wow, I have no idea what to think of that. Do you like it?

But she does talk about sadness in a lot of songs. One that always makes me happy is called Marry Me.

That sounds cool. I kind of like it when singers sing sad songs. It really doesn't make me feel sad. Usually, it's more like "oh good someone else gets sad like that too."

Well... not actually 'sad' but more depressing at times. But she's a really interesting person. One song that I can't sing is called 'I Know Where You Sleep.'
It's really fast.

That sounds a little creepy and I am having bad Twilight flashbacks (sorry if you liked that movie).
So, it sounds like she has a range of songs: slow and fast. That's good I always like artists like that.

I looked up some pictures of Emilie Autumn. I love her style. I am getting so tired of practically being able to predict what pop stars will look like, but she is so unique. I will definitely have to listen to some of her songs, but you have me really interested.

That's really good~ My mission as a Plague Rat is to help spread the Plague. I should warn you now, she does talk about the Asylum and that is where we Plague Rats/Muffins live. xD

Yes. But that is a part of her I guess.

Has she ever been sent to an insane asylum?

She says she has but I doubt it. The only reason I do doubt it though is because she says she is 200 years old sometimes.

That's weird. I don't know if I would think it was cooler for her to have been sent to an insane asylum or not. I guess I really don't know a lot about them. Does she really talk about them a lot? Does she talk like she knows what is going on inside of them or just general common knowledge stuff?

A bit of both.
Really when she is talking about them is usually when she is reffering to her Plague Rats/Muffins.

It's what she calls the fans. Sometimes we're called Muffins

Do you know about the MAC (I think that is what it is called, though I don't remember what it stands for)? It is a program that you download that lets you see how items look before you buy them. That would probably be a lot of help with making up your mind.

That's always a chill attitude to take towards things. You should take Emilie Autumn to the music discussion forum, if there is not a thread about her already. You might find some more people who like her music or get more people like me interested. Also, it is a way to start talking to people. What song of hers is your favorite, by the way? What would you recommend listening to first?
