As I was struggling with Gemini she turned around and slashed at my chest. Luckily I had thought to grab my body armor before i left the tent, and the slashes weren't too deep. I heard Eli order Kaleb to take me to the medical tent.
"Not yet. I'm not done." I pull out my handgun and open a special pocket on my vest. Inside was a special clip for the handgun. It contained none lethal rounds that were supposed to do something to the infected. It had still been in the development stage back in the base before before it was attacked. It fired just like normal rounds, but it wouldn't hurt anyone. I took as good of aim as I could and fired. I thought that I hit her right in the head. But I wasn't completely sure. |
"That's just going to agrivate her! Get inside!" I shout at Ken.
I was trying to hold back but it was getting harder and harder. |
I jumped at her and began hitting her in the head, anything to try and get her back, I didn't want to leave any clear marks to I was currently hitting her in the back of the head.

I walked up to Gemini, not very pleased of what I was about to do. It was going to hurt like a bitch. It always does... I thought with a sigh. I made sure she didn't notice me when I walked up, and I slapped her across the face. "Think of Kaleb! What if you killed him! What would you do if the person you loved just vanished from your life? That's what would happen! You would die! Probably not at first, but that is called shock! Get with the program! Get over yourself!" I screamed at her, knowing the reply I would get wouldn't be a happy one. I expected more shit to happen to my arm, as stuff ALWAYS happened to it. I braced myself. |
i felt the pain go across my face even as i felt the breath leaving my body.it hurt more than whatever sergeant hemora fired at me.somehow,the words being shouted managed to sink in,and reach the rational part of me that was locked away.i bowed my head,ashamed."k-kaleb....?" i whispered over the pressure on my throat.tears began falling as i came back to myself."god,why? every time..."

I jumped down and grabbed onto Felix's arm, and kissed him. I had missed him so much, and I felt so guilty that I hadn't tried to work things out with him before Everything went cooky.

i watched ember reunite with her love.i cried more."felix? you...i apologize.you just saved me-and everyone else here.i know it doesnt mean much,but...i trust you now.and i hope...that i can come to think of you...as my...brother..." i passed out then,from lack of oxygen.

I managed to calm down and my eyes retyrned to their normal color.
Gemini had fainted so I picked her up and started taking her to the medical tent. "Felix, like Gemini just said, I also would like to think of you as my brother." I say with a smile before I go inside. ((i won't be on for most of the day. have to work... and yes, all day. T-T have fun though.)) |

Yvonne gave Cat that slow, reassuring smile and nodded, taking her by the arm and leading her upstairs. "We have a few spare rooms above," she said as they climbed up the spiral staircase. "You can just search for one that is suited for you. Although I would suggest that you consider the ones on the third floor. That way you don't have to have the ceilings pounding with the feet of children." Several hours later, I found myself stirring away, still on the couch. Once I broke away from sleep, I sat up and got to my feet, heading toward the staircase. My whole body was stiff with now keener senses of pain. On my way toward my dorm, I heard a shuffling behind me. When I turned, Yvonne was closing the door to a room and jumped when she saw me standing there. "Goddammit," she whispered, glowering at her. "Someone should put a bell on you." I gave her a sheepish smile and she rolled her eyes, approaching me a little more. She and I stood there, staring at each other for a moment. "Uh," she murmured, breaking the silence, "I... wanna apologize for... you know... crushing your..." "It's alright," I interrupted, before she could finish what she was going to say. "I kinda deserved it..." She cocked her head and said, "Yeah, you did, didn't you?" "It wasn't right of me to insult you and your son," I murmured, lowering my eyes. "I was being such..." "An asshole," she finished, smirking. I sighed and nodded. She shook her head and said, "S'alright. I've gotten over it." I nodded and we slipped into silence once again. I heard the creak of a door behind me and a little moan. Yvonne leaned her head to the side and then walked passed me. I turned to see a little girl groggily walking out of her room. Yvonne leaned down to the girl and said, "Hey, Gretchen. You need to go to the bathroom?" The girl nodded, sleepily, but then started to tremble, whimpering slightly. She let out a wail that sounded 'mommy' and Yvonne wrapped her arms around the girl. "It's okay, Gretchen," she coaxed, stroking the girl's hair. "I know, I know. I'm right here." She picked up Gretchen and turned toward me, walking over to the bathroom door and set her beside it. "You can go by yourself, can't you?" The girl nodded, rubbing her swollen eyes. She stumbled into the bathroom and closed the girl. Yvonne let out a sigh, murmuring, "Gretchen is a very sweet and sensitive girl. She's very intelligent for a five-year-old; loves to read and draw. She's also very shy, and doesn't like to be around others." She clenched her fists and bitterly muttered, "The girl woke up one day to find her family slaughtered by those fucking parasites. Her parents, her brothers and sisters. I was a family friend and took her in." Yvonne trembled and her voice began to crack. "It kills me to know that that day will scar her for the rest of her life..." I reached my hand out to put on her shoulder, but then lowered it. I wasn't sure why I did; I was never one to show affection. She disguised wiping away her tears by pretending to itch her eyes. Yvonne turned around and said, "I just wish I could help her in some way." After hesitating, I said, "You are... you're... showing her love and c-compassion..." My voice went silent. It was so awkward trying to comfort someone. I was just taught to suck up the pain and deal with it. Yvonne nodded her head and smiled at me, the gradual widening of her lips. "I'd better get to bed," she sighed, walking past me. "G'night, Leon." I replied with a grunt and headed off to my dorm. |

((ok,get ready.she is five feet tall,aged somewhere between 13 and sixteen,but she looks young so its hard to tell.she has blood red hair that goes to her waist,pale snow white skin,and emerald green eyes.her ears are a litttle bit ponted.she has a rose tatoo on her right upper arm,its black and shimmery,and its like the whole rose,the stem with the thorns and a side view of the top,a leopard-print blue butterfly on her upper left arm,a cross-shaped scar on her left cheek(thats the most important) and a mark in the middle of her forehead like sesshomaru from inuyasha,its a green crescent moon with a star in the center.her fangs are longer than most vampires.she wears a sword,i like to think katana,and she wears mostly black and red or black and green.she rarely wears shoes.her fingernails are like claws,and painted black.she wears her bangs down.the clothing style is up to you.as for the pose,she's s warrior,so a fighting stance would be cool,but really thats up to you as well.and she wears a silver necklace with a red heart shaped glass charm on it.is that enough for ya? lol))

I carefully tended to Gemini until she woke. I worried about the baby, my godchild. "I hope he wasn't hurt." I murmur to myself. He? I had a feeling that the baby might be a boy when I was making clothes for Ember and Felicity and was tempted to make a little outfit for Gemini's baby. But I didn't want to jump to conclusions. |

I smiled after Ember kissed me. "I thought I told you to stay in the hospital... did I?" I then laughed, as she NEVER listened... "Gemini, Eli, I already think of both of you as sisters... I'm happy that you think of me as a brother..." I then had a small sad smile, as I knew what I had to do to make sure Ember would be safe... I would have to kill off the infected... for good... that included myself. However, I trusted Eli and Gemini enough, and they trusted they're loved ones, so I wouldn't touch them, unless I had to. However, when I left the group, I just kept walking. Past the bench when Ember was gone, past the tent I had talked to Ken that one time, past when I first was stalking him and Sky, past the entrance, and I just kept walking. I was going back to the place I was tourtured... I came across the gas station. I found my hat. I guess the one Ember found wasn't mine... I had another sad smile. I walked back outside, with my Katars, which I found near the battlesite, and looked down the road. I started walking. Soon I came to a three way intersection. There were bits and pieces of rumble. To my left, I saw a small village, which seemed to be empty. To my right, I saw a large city, which still seemed to be under the process of having the humans killed off... Straight ahead, I saw my destionation. Then I had a thought. What's more precious? Killing my captors, or killing a large number of unorganized zombies, lycans, and... vampires... who were killing humans? What's more important? I sighed and took off towards the city. I passed a mile marker, and I smiled... I thought to my past, as this was the city I was turned... |
I got up for a moment to go find Ken again. I needed to talk to him about something important.
I found Ember first. "Hey, could you watch Gemini for me? I have to go find Ken..." I ask her. I smiled then left to search for him. |

i slowly woke up,first my hearing returned,then my vision,and then my thoughts.and then there was the pain,in my head,in my back and arms,and my throat...and in my heart.because it had happened again,hadn't it?every time i made a home and friends for myself,this happened,and i would lose everything.kaleb was the only constant in my life,and it was only a matter of time before he got hurt or killed,too.i blamed my father.he always worked me too hard,and beat me when i didn't do well,which was alot.because of him,i had subconciously created a second,more violent personality that i could bring out when i needed to hide.but instead, lost control and my other self became a killer.it only got worse when the infection came.i felt the baby kick,and i started to worry.would i end up hurting him? "him...why am i so sure?" ((that better?)) |
(ha, look whos talking! Well, I'm just trying to move the plot forward, and not be in the same camp with nothing happening... the demon thing kind of was the same thing every time. well, I cant really think of much to write now... someone else write soemthing lolz!)

(Hahahhahah! Nice! At our school spelling bee, every time someone lost, I would say, pretty loud (some of the teachers got pretty P.O'd) "AND ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST! ANOTHER ONE DOWN, ANOTHER ONE DOWN, ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!!!" I got kicked out of the auditorium pretty quickly... I still cant figure out why...)
