Sorry, I guess I'll cover how I saw it- I've heard people joke around about women saying that we're evil because we bleed for over 7 days and don't die.
It's a saying/joke I've heard more than once. It may have originated from the bible but in Leviticus 15:19 it doesn't say we're evil for bleeding for 7 days- it says we're unclean. The passage then goes on about law- what people should do in the situation and stuff.

Hope that cleared things up.
