Coloring Advice?
I drew this awhile back, but because of the detail, I've been too afraid to fine line it. Moreover, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a color scheme (e.g. what color should I make her eyes, hair, dresss, etc). I know I want to use lots of blue, and maybe make the peacock harp gold or silver. I use copic sketch markers, if that helps any. http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h3..._whisper92.jpg |
I think the blue scheme would work really well with a yellowy gold. On the inking thing I'd just bust out some tracing paper or a light box/other piece of paper and leave this one untouched so that you can try again and again with out messing up the original.

Thank you, that's the main reason I scan them, I've got tracing paper but it's buried somewhere in a packed box, and I'm not quite good enough to invest in a light box yet, ^_^ I usually use watercolor paper, but is there another type I should invest in for copic?
