And in other news. I feel rather lame about a test I took. Made a bunch of silly mistakes and didn't do as well as I could've. Sigh.

I know how you feel. I didn't look into the syllabus' of the classes I'm taking. I LOVE my classes, but all the tests are scantrons...which I'm TERRIBLE at. I'm not even joking when I say the best grade I've EVER gotten on one is a C+ and one of the classes is ONLY based on scantrons.

I don't mind at all. :)

I'm taking Anthropology 102 (human origins) and Intro to Cinema on ground. I LOVE them! They're SO fascinating. the ONLY thing is the stupid scantron tests. My intro to cinema grade is based entirely on two tests....scantron tests. Go figure. lol and my Anthro class thankfully has 3 assignments but is also mostly based on the 3 scantron tests. Ughhh. All of the tests I've taken so far are Cs. The only class I'm doing well in is my extended course (mythology and folklore) in which I have an A on all the papers I've done. I hope that balances out my GPA a little! I have to have a B average or else I have to pay financial aid back for the quarter (crapppp). xP But yeah, studying even harder than I was... ugh.

Oh cool. Those all sound like interesting classes. I hope you do better on your next few scantron tests though, cause I know how sucky it can be to get Cs. I got a 78 on mine. Hahaha.
That would indeed suck if you had to pay back financial aid. So hopefully things'll balance out for you. (:

Mine is Abnormal Psychology. I think I didn't do so well cause that morning I was really tired and kind of fogged up, so I was just trying to finish the test as soon as possible. xD;
Obviously not such a great idea. Hahaha.

The classes ARE interesting! I love them! haha Yeah, it does suck to get C's. Especially when you're normally an A or B student. But I figured out that if I aim to get a 95 minimum in my myth and folklore class (which should be easy), an 81 at least in my anthro class, and at least a 78 in my intro to cinema class, I should get a B average. Normally I'd aim for higher, but considering how terribly I do on the scantrons, I think that's the best I can hope for. lol

I totally get what you mean. Sometimes you just gotta take what you can get with some classes just by the way it's formatted or because of a professor. Kind of sucks, but can't help it at times. :/
