"Wha?" The red eyed teen looked at Aoi in disbelief. He had never heard such an incredulous reply before. When she asked if he liked the arts, he became a little wary. Her scent had also changed to a flowery one. "Arts? If you mean martial arts then yes." He punched the air and did a flying kick in an immature attempt to show off. "Hwaa, Wata!"

The previously shy girl's sudden show of strength threw David off completely. "Didn't know you knew a move like that." he said with a grin as he took her hand to help himself up. She was definitely more confident looking, almost like a different person. "Aoimiso was it?" he began, straitening his shirt before facing her. "Looks like you're not just some fairy princess." Some of the students nearby had started to stare at the two, believing and hoping that it was going to turn into a fight. The vampire glanced at the teachers' table to see if they noticed the commotion.

Although David was a little disappointed that they wouldn't be having a little show of strength, he followed the girl to another table all the same. He looked back towards his own table and waved to the girls he had been with as a way of saying he'd see them again later on. "You're joking right?" he asked Aoimizu after hearing her obliviousness as to what a girlfriend was.

[@Sailor: We're already at the feast :sweat: My 4 chars and Fee have met up but now David is talking with Aoimizu :) Caden and Legato are at different tables (Legato's drunk at the Sentinel's table) and Ms. Dew, Ms. Tensaki and Mr. Mordent are at the teachers' table. Haven't heard from Lee, Ice, Amy, and Sena about where they are yet :lol:]

"You really don't know what a girlfriend is, huh?" he said, barely able to contain his amusement. "Hmm....I guess you could say, a girlfriend is someone who owns a guy. Like a master." David's head was now filling with all sorts of possible explanations for a girlfriend. None of which are true, of course, but she didn't know that. It would be nice to have a little fun. "If the guy you own says he loves you, that means he's your slave for life. Of course, owning a slave isn't all fun and games. You have to make sure their clothed, fed, educated and disciplined. You can't go easy on your slave when it comes to work either. He needs the exercise."He did his best to keep a straight face as he said this. The scheming teen wondered if she would truly believe a word he said. Surely she would see through the joke. "He has to protect you with his life after all."

Fiona watched as David ran off to avoid Allen's food chucking. "Very mature, Al." Fiona said. "So, California, huh?" As David followed the girl she had seen earlier with Noel to a different table, his previous groupies grumbled jealously. Fiona rather hoped that they wouldn't turn their attentions to the other Albright brothers. That would make conversation kind of difficult. Passing a soda to Dole, she may have accidentally raised the temperature of the plate, burning the fingers of the other two girls holding on to it. "So, Noel, what classes do you have tomorrow?" She asked, hoping that her friends, especially Dole, wouldn't notice all the attention she was giving Noel. She would never hear the end of it.

Darrien skipped his way down the stairs to the ground floor. 'There, that should've given Fee enough time to find some friends to sit with.' He grinned mischieviously, his plan unfolding in front of him. However, his merry jaunt was cut short when he reached the hall, by the large painting that had caught the attention of so many that had already passed through. "No way, that's aunt Mia's design...." He whispered, looking at the large frame. He frowned. Well, maybe I can hold off on messing with Fee until tomorrow.

Nonetheless, the elemental did glance over toward his cousin, and found it hard to resist temptation when he saw her chatting with a rather cute boy. He couldn't help wondering if he was in any of his (Darrien) classes, but made his way resolutely to the teacher's table. "Sorry I'm late." He apologized, taking his seat. "I was setting up my lab for tomorrow... you wouldn't believe the mess the last teacher left it in. And I apologize for not being able to help with the set up in here, Trill. You did a great job, by the way." He said, digging into his food.

"It's nothing." Allen muttered with a flustered expression. He decided to busy himself with his blood meal instead of chancing eye contact with anyone who didn't know about 'the incident'.

The orange haired werewolf grinned when her opponents let go of the heated plate. She knew Fee was the only one behind it and would thank her properly someday for the win. Being the friendly person that she was, Dole only took a slice of the roast lamb before handing the plate back to David's acquaintances. The two accepted, albeit slightly begrudgingly but all three eventually became preoccupied with the good food to continue the war.

"I have Vampire Etiquette, Alchemy, Archery, Arithmetic, Literature, and after lunch I have Music." Noel replied,having memorized his entire agenda for the first day of school. "How about you?"

Aoimizu looked shocked. ..i was not serious about the ownership... She nodded listening. "So if i have him by love, he must protect me. If I accept, i must make sure he is educated, well clothed, and has a good job?" She asked confused, believing him. "Dicipline? I absolutely abhor violence..."

"Oh? A kind master?" David said, continuing with his joke. "I wouldn't mind..."
He started leaning in closer to her. A sudden urge began filling his mind. A sudden thirst. The gap between his face and the nape of her fair neck slowly closing. Her beautiful blue dress left so much skin open, only a blue ribbon covered her neck.
"Serving you." he finally whispered in her ear. Quickly he pulled back, shaking off his hazy trance. Realizing he was already starving, David grabbed a warmed packet of blood. He nonchalantly stuck a straw in it and began to feed, looking as innocent as a child drinking from a juice packet. Except he wasn't drinking fruit juice. "Man, what high class blood." he said with a smile, having abandoned his joke. He wondered if the blood was from humans. The taste was so familiar but the flavor fluctuated somewhat. "Hey,do you think this is artificial?" The vampire held up the packet to Aoimizu, unaware for her dislike of his kind.

"What's wrong with you now?" David asked good naturedly, too busy enjoying his drink. By her reaction he deduced that she most likely did not like him. "If you didn't like me to begin with, you could have just said so. No need to call me the enemy or whatever." He had seen reactions like this before, especially at his old schools. There were many kids who locked him up on the roof of the school in mid day,hoping he would burn. Unfortunately for them, the sun didn't affect him. Those who realized this soon tried to stab a wooden steak through his heart. He had to stay home for a week while his dangerous wound healed. "I won't bite unless you want me to." he teased, wrapping an arm around the girl's shoulder and ignoring her frightened disposition. He knew she might squirm even more and scaring her was sort of revenge for her calling him an enemy.

Aoimizu stifled a scream, it coming out a choked off squeal, when he put his arm around her. "I a-apologize for the comment. I h-had used a memory spell to forget the knowledge of you being a vampire, b-but i cannot deny it any longer." She had tiny flashes of purple light moving over her like mini-bolts of electricity. "You do not seem to b-be altogether evil, but your mere existence is against Gaea's design." She sqirmed. "If you can make a promise-to-keep about that last statement, and not to ......bite or...feed.. in front of me...or possibly not mention such... around me. Then I shall not insult you again."
.....aww....i don't get to fight?....
"We could even be aquaintences. But if you refuse, i cannot keep Ashi from attempting to kill you David. This is only in my defense." She pulled the young vampire's arm off of her gently with some of Ashi's strength seeping through.

Taking another sip from his pack of blood, the vampire took his time to consider her offer. "Alright." he finally said without any seriousness and backed off with his hands raised in mock defense. "Acquaintances it is." He may not feed in front of her but he probably wasn't going to keep himself from saying anything vampire related in front of the squeamish sanguivoriphobic. "By the way, who's Ashi? A friend of yours?" the red head asked with mild interest.

"I play the piano." he began, "Although I'm still learning. But I know a couple of good songs." He let his brown eyes wander the great hall,surveying the many students within. "So Ms. Blackstone, is it safe to assume you play an instrument as well?" the calm vampire asked, returning his attention to her.

After having finished her roast lamb and veal, the werewolf was now getting ready for seconds. This time she patiently waited her turn as the peking duck was still being passed around. She decided now would be a good time to see where everybody else was. Looking to the other side of the hall, she could see a few familiar faces, one of which was Jeff. The shapeshifter owed Allen money from last year and was still avoiding him. Another was Lizziebeth, a dragon like Mr. Mordent except calmer and younger, as well as often confused. Then she saw the angel girl from their trip to High Maze, Chinatsu. Caden seemed to be worrying a few students with an evil smile such as one would expect from a certain silver haired Sentinel, while said Sentinel was busy partying it up with his fellow guardians. Dole couldn't find her cousin or her other room mates in the crowd but knew she would meet them again later on.

"Oh, so she doesn't like vamps too huh?" he assumed, not really understanding why it wasn't safe for her to Aoimizu's friend to meet anyone at this time. "No problem. I won't bother you." He tried to take another sip of his meal but realized that he had already sucked it dry. "Hmm, gotta get a refill..." he said, before turning back towards the blood fountain [It's not really a fountain with blood but just the place where the blood packets are]. "It was nice meeting you Aoi. Laters."

Chinatsu looked up, and she nodded. "Yeah... It's kind of lonely over here," she said, smiling a little. "I'm Chinatsu, by the way," she said to the girl.
