Transformers - The Battle for Cybertron (OPEN AND ACCEPTING!)
 

Introduction

Cybertron, a once great wandering planet of the universe, completely mechanical with living machines known as Transformers ruling it's surface. The Great War passed, and the Transformers two factions of Autobot and Decepticons evolved into Maximals and Predacons. There was a small skirmish of which put the entire universe in flux. After that battle on pre-historic Earth, the heroes returned to Cybertron, but found another war ready for them. Now the home of the Transformers had been desecrated. Completely changed into a Technorganic waste land. The Maximals didn't know that they were pawns in a massive plot by our enemies, the Quintessians.

Now there is little we can do, trapped in the Well of All Sparks, but there is hope...We just wait for the Keys to the Well of All Sparks, and then return our home to it's rightful form, and defeat the Quintessians.

Cybertron's Outter shell (the Surface) Is controled by the Technorganics, Under the surface there is a secure area that is (for right now) sealed and is where all G1, BW, Rid, BM (non technorganic) characters have set up a "base".

Plot

Set after Beast Machines, this RPG is a little Anti-BM (to be completely honest with you i dispised what they did to Cybertron). You will be able to play an original character or a cannon character from any of the following shows of Transformers:

G1 (except Optimus Prime and Starscream)
Beast Wars (except Waspinator and Dinobot)
Beast Machines
Robots In Disguise (Car Robots)

If you want to play a cannon character, you will be required to fill out a character sheet with a sample of your style of writing them. PLEASE try to keep them in Character (but we'll go into that later int he Rules section).

The basic plot is the Quints are coming to Cybertron to finally experiment on it and the inhabitants. There must be a way to stop them, right? well, Starscream has the answers, even if it means opening the Technorganics eyes to the fact that they've been pawns all along.

RULES

I go by the 3 strike's rule. Break any rule and it is a strike.
strike 1 - warning
strike 2 - 1 week suspension
strike 3 - Banned

1) Follow Menewsha Rules!
2) I AM PRIMUS! what i says goes!
3) Keep characters that are Cannon IN CHARACTER. ie: Optimus Prime would not be too lovey dovey with Megatron (even when in G1 they did work together they were leery of each other) or a better example. any megatron is going to be COMPLETELY distrusting of Starscream.
4) Respect the players!
5) Have fun!
6) No Godmodding!
7) keep swearing to a min! some is okay in "english" by y'know "Slag", "slaggit" "frag" those are okay.

Motto: "Power flows to the one who is determined enough to wait for it"
Profile: Starscream is ageless, indeed he is even immortal. He was once looking out only for power, but now anymore he's looking for a way to end his torment, although a way to become the eternal ruler of Cybertron is also an interesting prospect. He isn't very trustworthy mech most of the time, but there are moments where he looks out for the greater good instead of himself
History: Originally a scientist on Cyberton, after a traumatic exploration with Skyfire who he believed to be destroyed, he returned home and became a top flyer in the Decepticon army. Working his way up to Air Commander and Second in command, he constantly tried to become the leader of the Decepticons. Long story short, he was shot down many times, and the final time was by Galvatron, just after his upgrade by Unicron. Starscream believes the Unicronian power of Galvatron is what made the catalyst with his spark and made him immortal. He has since wondered the universe to try and find another body, and try to end his endless life.

Weapons: Null Rays, air to ground missiles and the ability to jump bodies and possess.
Weaknesses: Has a very large Ego and tends to think he is the greatest, can be easily goaded into a fight that he can loose.

Motto: "Freedom is the right of all sentient beings"
Profile: Optimus Prime is a purely good spark. Always looking out for the good of everyone, he takes on great responsibilities to make sure they are carried out. Trusts his fellow Autobots and listens to everything they have to say.
History: Once Orion Pax, he was chosen to become the next Prime after the death of Sentinel Prime durring the first great war. After becoming Prime he led the Autobots through the great war and sacrificed himself in a final attempt to end the war. He later was revived and continued to lead the Autobots into another Golden Age. He was also the holder of the Autobot Matrix of Leadership.

Weapons: Ionic Blaster, Energon axe.
Weaknesses: Optimus has a tendency to take on such great responsibilities that he looses sight of what is truely out there. he also has been known to risk everything in a heroic but foolish move.

Motto: "Why univerze hate Wazzzzpinator?"
Profile: Waspinator is an unfortunate mech who seems to never be able to die. or maybe it's just bad luck. He's generally a kind mech who follows orders. He is a talented flyer and warrior but is generally considered an idiot. Yet he's the "idiot" who first figured out that they were on prehistoric earth.
History: Waspinator's life on cybertron before Megatron recruited him was plain to be honest. He didn't live up to his predecessors and being a Seeker descendant that was a lot to live up to.

Weaknesses: Clumsy and at times ill coordinated. Also prone to being blasted to bits.

Name: Dinobot (BW)
Sex: Mech
Age: late 20's
Faction: Maximal (by defection)
Rank: Warrior
Alt. Mode: Utah Raptor (that's what i'm going with because of anatomically correct according to Paleontological evidence in the show)
Motto: "Honor is the only thing that differentiates terrorists from army's"
Profile: Dinobot lives his life by a strict code of honor, similar if not identical to the one of the Knights of Primus. He refuses to fight a battle that would be uneven on either side, and despises dirty tricks that most Decepticon desendents pull. His honor code put him at odds with Megatron and other Predacons.
History: Dinobot was a knight of Primus on cybertron before joining Megatron's force. He believed that equality for both Maximals and Predacons was the true focus, but once he found out Megatron's plans, he betrayed them and went to the maximal side. Proving himself to Optimus Primal in an honorable battle he was accepted, if not without a lot of trepidation by the others, especialy Rattrap. Sacrificing himself to save the protohumans, and then again when reanimated as transmetal two to save the Maximals and stop Megatron, Dinobot fulfilled his duty to Primus.

Weapons: Eye lasers, Sword, spinning shield
Weaknesses: his honor is a double edged sword, and can cause him to accept terms and conditions that would cause him to loose a fight.

Profile: Megatron is the leader of the Decepticons. For years he has been at war with the Autobots, with his arch-nemisis being Optimus Prime. Though thought to be destroyed at the end of beast machines, Megatron has rebuilt himself, and is now more powerful and deadlier than ever.
History: Megatron was once a member of cybertrons elite guard. One day, he came into contact with the fallen, who made him his apprentice and leader of the Decepticons. This lead to a civil war between the Autobots and Decepticons, with Megatron vowing to Destroy every last Autobot. Especialy Optimus Prime.
Weapons: Arm-mounted laser cannon, giant arm blade.
Weakness: Is a bit too arrogant, which has lead to his defeat numerous times.
