So, did anyone else see the show V last Tuesday? I was pretty impressed with it. Anyone else agree?

I liked it. I felt it was rushed. I would have liked a two hour premeir. Hopefully it doesn't get cancelled . I'm going to watch it again once it's posted on Hulu.

Nope, I forgot. But I did watch a majority of the mega marathon of the original series over the weekend. That was about the only good thing to do while I was sick.
I'm a little disapointed based on a commercial preview I would've thought that the show would have been updated a bit. But we'll see maybe it'll turn out to be pretty decent afterall. Also I heard that they are intentually only going to show four episodes this month and then start the rest next year. Kind of the give a little forced interest I guess.

Coming as someone who grew up with the original, I was really looking forward to seeing the relaunch of the series. I was a little worried, but after watching it. My fears were unfounded.

And nette is right. They are showing a new episode ever Tuesday thru November then are taking a break (for the winter olypmics is what I heard) and should resume in March.

ya the marathon of hte original was super fun. it was ALL DAY. but ya the premiere was pretty good. i like the leader (as an actor). i think i shall continue to watch it. but i agree with the rushing. it would have even been fun if they didnt show their bad side until the first season was half over. not like we wouldnt be expecting it, but it would have been more fun.

I enjoyed the show, I was pleasantly surprised to see a few familiar actors that fit the roles nicely. The plot did move pretty quick, I did not expect show much development in the first episode but it was very neat.
