If it makes you feel better though Happy I don't find Makoto either clumsy or useless rather just uncertain on how to react to social situations. And really I don't see your explanation really as blaming your character either. If anything you've said that it isn't his fault if anything because of how he is, and if you were blaming then you would have said it was. However that's simply what I'm getting from it. XD Besides not everything is clear black and white, you got to look at the gray areas too. ;)

Its not that he really has a problem with Cire, its just the fact that he kinda has a problem with basically everyone in the entire castle. ^_^;; Really the only reason he is nicer to Mint is just because of the fact that he actually agreed to trust her and is still waiting for that so-called 'squad' of hers to show up and see if they can accept him. Either way, its very doubtful anyone can really change how he is now considering whats already happen to him. >.< Even though I'm the one roleplaying as him, I can't even explain how his traumatic event in his past is affecting how he is isn't social now.

Her squad members won't show up o.0 That event is for when the peace treaty is over. =P So it won't ever be rolpelayed in this roleplay, since this rolpelay is all about only the peace treaty.

Ohhhh otay. Than I can still bring out more about own little story waiting for the treaty to be signed so he can think of an actual reason to go back into that ballroom. xP

Well i know they're not like bad...like evil bad :P I enjoy books but since I'm kinda more anime fan im into something like manga. Other than that I'd go with probably something that has more drama rather than just horror and romance. I never really said i didnt like reading books, i just said I dont like them in general. >.>

Well...when it comes to schoolbooks, the only kinds I would like are english books, and even than I just like it for the little short stories they have on the inside, but even those I would probably only like the main ones which are 'Romeo and Juliet' (I know thats not a short story lmao) 'The Pearl' and a couple of others. >.<

XD I know what you mean :P Learning books with stories on the inside that are able to distract you better from your work than the guys on the back discussing the latest gossip :P

I just hate that. :( When you get schoolbooks with stories on the inside a damn teacher always wants you to do work on the back of the book. :P Evil teachers! I hate doing that!

Actually this roleplay I do plan on having expand beyond just the signing of the treaty eventually. At the moment it's all drawn out towards that event, however after it's signed then the roleplay can move on to the next situation/event. Really the treaty is just the start of a chain of events, what happens beyond that just isn't mapped out as I'm leaving that more in the hands of all of us roleplayers rather than just me. XD It will be through all of us that shall decide the fate of angels and demons as a whole from whether or not the treaty is followed and works. With that I know that there will be some who shall wish the treaty to fail, and others who wish for it to succeed, which will help create more in depth conflicts and keep the roleplay alive and interesting. So Makoto meeting Mint's squad can very well happen.

On a different note, books can indeed be rather fun. I also am a fan of manga, but others as well. XD I usually liked the English books I had, The Great Gasby though I could have lived without as well as Catcher in the Rye but that's beyond the point, and some of my history ones too. :D Although I'm pretty sure the books that we're required to read aren't entirely to prepare us for life. I mean how often is a grocery store worker really going to be required to read The Canterbury Tales and write five essays per story as well as a journal entry and an analysis paper with back up sources using correct MLA format, and if one small thing is wrong in the whole paper you immediately get docked 50 points because the teachers a withered old...I'll just stop there before I go on a full tangent...But anyways I believe that many causes for being forced to read in some cases is not only for teaching but entertaining purposes as well. XD
